Excellent Salesmanship by Joe Iucci

I was looking to purchase a vehicle for my daughter as a high school graduation gift. I chose Legacy Nissan of Westbury N.Y. because of a phone call I received from a salesman by the name of Joe Iucci. He was so easy to talk to on the phone that I made an appointment to come in an meet with him. Upon arrival to Legacy Nissan I was met with friendly greetings from everyone even if they were busy. I was directed to Joe Iucci's desk and was greeted by him in a very professional way. We sat and talked for a while then he showed me a vehicle he thought my daughter would like. He nailed it! Joe made this car buying experience so easy. His follow up calls are greatly appreciated. Finally, I would like to say thanks to Joe Iucci and the staff at Legacy for being so kind and professional.

Great customer service

A friend who had experience with this dealer and liked the Nissan cars advised me to go there. I was greeted by such a pleasant salesperson, Jason Yarde. I started off telling him the things I wanted in a car. I asked to test drive a model in the showroom and he had no hesitation to let me do that. After the test drive I realized I needed a car with more arm room. Jason disappeared. And where was Jason? He drove up with a Nissan same color, similar look but different model and said 'test drive this'. I thought it was the same car but when I got in it, it drove so beautifully with all the arm and leg room I needed. I said to myself 'this is the car for me'. And who was responsible for finding me my dream car. It was Jason of Legacy Nissan in Westbury. That's a salesperson who listens to the customer. Thank you Jason!
