Decent Dealership Experience

I bought a certified pre owned Wrangler. I LOVE the Jeep. I got it for a very good price. There were one or two things that weren't working in the first 90 days. I made an appointment with their service department. I got a loaner car, I was able to drop and pickup the vehicle at 8:00 at night, which was convenient. They took care of what I needed and were fair the whole way.

Great Dealership! Great Sales people!

Me and my husband have been shopping around for a used car for a while. We went to so many dealerships and had so many bad experiences at dealerships, you know the typical run around with pricing. It was to the point that we dreaded going car shopping and became so angry and frustrated. I did some research online and found the Westbury Jeep dealership they had so many used cars that looked great! I also noticed their VIP program, which had me very interested. So we contacted a sales associate and set up an appointment. Let me just say Bolivar Valarezo is AMAZING!!!! I can not express that enough! We told him exactly what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend, and he was able to deliver. There was no run around, or game playing. He was right to the point and was able to get an amazing deal for us!! Me and my husband are harsh critics and I must say Westbury Jeep and Bolivar Valarezo exceeded our expectations! It was so refreshing to see such great customer service!!! Myself, my family and friends will be loyal customers of Westbury Jeep! THANKS AGAIN BOLIVAR!!!!

Excellent Service

My husband and I just recently ended one lease with one dealership and re-entered a new lease with Westbury Jeep. We leased a 2015 Grand Jeep Cherokee. We were paired up with Chelsea Moscato. She was absolutely wonderful. She answered all of our questions and concerns and made the process an easy transition. Chelsea and the dearlership as a whole worked with us in getting us to where we needed to be within our family budget. Excited to drive in our new Jeep and look forward to seeing them in the near future when our second car's lease is up!!

Best dealership on Long Island!,

Best dealership I have ever been too! Salesman Ed H. made my son's first car purchase fun and enjoyable. Absolutely no pressure. Ed had five cars moved out of the way so we could test drive the vehicle my son was interested in. Not once were we told that the car price was nonnegotiable. Instead, Ed asked what he could do to make the sale happen and the rest is history. The bottom line is if you need a car, go tp Westbury Jeep!

I recently took my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Westbury Jeep for a repair. I have never used their service department before and wanted to express what a great experience it was. My service advisor was knowledgeable, friendly, experienced and kept me advised throughout my visit on the status of my vehicles requirements and readiness. This was a rare great customer experience. The entire shop and staff were friendly and the location is kept ultra clean and very customer friendly. 5 stars all the way around and high recommendations to visit them if your vehicle is in need of anything. Keep up the great work Westbury Jeep and thank you!!!

I'm very happy with my purchase of a jeep liberty. No problems thus far. My only issue is with the wait time at the service center. It took two hours( although I had an appointment) for them to begin the work. Otherwise, my vehicle runs well. I'm satisfied but not overjoyed.

tire issue

4hrs late finally they changed my rear tire sensor oom my dodge charger. Ridiculous don't want to ever go back to westbury dodge. It will take alot for me to go back.

tire problems value stems blow out or stem breaks

I am very happy with my dodge charger. But not very happy with their rims more specific the stems or nuts which secure them . I am here at tje service department with my 2nd problem . Have a full warrenty on the hole tire , yet again I have to pay a $100.00 deductable.
