As it says: ?We will satisfy you!? Yes, I am satisfy with the 3rd Subaru purchased from Grand Prix Subaru. My sales consultant is George Schappi and he is the most patient sales people I have met: always patient; always listening attentively; always ready to answer my endless question?, I really want to say: Thank you George for your patience. I do appreciate a lot to Vinny Ortolani, the Sales Manager, whose words will be remembered by me forever: ?We treat you as family, as we treat every other customer?. He said it and he did it, I am very grateful to him! Since I had little issue with that car, their General Manager Dan Ross offered to talk with me. To my surprise, he didn?t try to persuade me to take whatever I didn?t feel comfortable about, instead, he said to me: ?let us know how we can help you?you are the boss, you tell us what to do!? Oh, my god, it is just unbelievable for me to receive so much attention and help as an ordinary customer. I have been very pleased with its Service Department. I took my Cross and Forster for service not too long ago, as always, they have served the cars in a professional and friendly way. As a matter of fact, due to the best service from their Service Manager Clinton DeClue, I kept on purchasing cars. Because I understand that purchasing is one time thing, but service of the car will last decades! I have to mention Shawn Mayers, the Financial/Business Manager who also contributed to my pleasant purchasing experience, Shawn always walks around to see anyone needs help, when my sale consultant was too busy or away from his desk, Shawn helped me to check whether the car was delivered, whether my insurance company faxed my insurance card?, even though he knew that I was not purchasing anything from him. He made you feel that Grand Prix works as a whole team and no matter whom you meet, they will be all there to help.
