Took my truck there and was told it would be ready by end of day called and was told they didn't have part for it so it will be done 1st thing tomorrow called and they told me they were having xxxx of a time getting part off called a hour b4 they closed and was told got 2 guys working on it but not gonna have it done tonight so I stopped by there and it was still in the parking lot they hadn't even started on it these people lied to me for 2 days I had bought 3 trucks from them over the years I wouldnt buy anything from them or believe these liers. People who lie steal also

Took my truck to have service done that I scheduled with them a week prior called them at end of day to see if truck was done told they worked on it all day but won't b done till tomorrow so I called next evening was told wrong part came in for truck so another day is gonna be needed so the following day called wasn't able to talk with my service guy but was told they take message and he would get back with me finally called again was told 2 guys have been working on it but having hard time getting part off probably gonna need another day so I swung by there on my way home from work to find that they hadn't even started to work on my truck it was parked where I had parked it . These people lied to me for 3 days saying there working on it. Take my advice stay away from these crooks. People who lie also steal what a joke of a dealership run away from these liers

I have nothing bad to say about the salesman or the manager, I communicated well with them, I would mention their names but my memory is short. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle and would give them an excellent rating

Sells man was great finance lady that did the deal pulled a fast one on me changed it all around with out telling me and got charged 3 grand more than what I was expecting to be paying not good business at all she rushed threw with out explaining

Sales rep was a chill guy, very down to earth. Kevin Heart deserves better pay and a new boss. It’s a shame he won’t be getting my commission. But the lady in the financing and paperwork dept is pure evil. She degraded, insulted and publicly humiliated me and my wife when we visited. Getting in a customers face and talking with that level of inexcusable attitude deserves a fist of karma and a ticket to find a new job. She does not deserve her job or to be happy in life, obviously she is rich, and if you appear lower than her she will step on your face. We will be buying our jeep some place else. Stay away from Jim shortly keep dodge on Mahoning ave. It’s nit with the ridicule.
