I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership in

I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership in May 2025. There was an issue with the vehicle six weeks ago and we contacted the dealership to have this repaired. They told us they were unable to get the parts for at least Result, I have been unable to drive the vehicle for a four week period. Despite the fact it was brand new. I find it appalling that they sell vehicles that they cannot support. I believe there is an implicit guarantee that if you buy a vehicle from a dealership that moving forward, they will support the maintenance and repair of that vehicle on a timely basis. In contacting the dealership, they simply turn it back on us and said it’s not our fault that we can’t get the part. Again, I believe there’s an implicit guarantee when you buy a new car from a dealership that they will support that car on an ongoing basis. This is not a financial issue. This is simply an issue that after four weeks, I am still unable to drive a brand new vehicle as a result of the ineffectiveness of this dealership to support their new car sales. Buyer beware!!!

I had a service appointment with James.

I had a service appointment with James. He was busy with another customer when I arrived so another service tech greeted me and checked me in until James was available. James was thorough, professional, and ensured my service was handled as timely as possible since I had decided to wait for the vehicle. The car was returned to me cleaned inside and out.

Spectacular level of incompetence, disorganization and

Spectacular level of incompetence, disorganization and lack of caring. After texts, emails and 10 calls I have given up trying to buy the car and am left wondering how they stay in business with such an unmotivated and unhelpful staff. If the used car "manager" did his job this transaction should have taken 1 phone call.. couldn't have been simpler, no financing, I never even asked any questions about the car or tried to haggle and yet here we are, 4 days, 10 phone calls and a disgruntled customer later. Also appreciate being given the "best price possible" and it being listed for less online the next day 👌 right back at ya buddy

Terrible customer service and very shady business

Terrible customer service and very shady business practices. AJ is the worst and we even tried to still do business with the dealership by speaking with management but to no avail, the pattern of lies and poor customer service continued.

Terrible, worked a deal for a car at $56k he ignored me

Terrible, worked a deal for a car at $56k he ignored me for 4 days. Then said the price went up and they refused to honor the original price that we worked the deal at. Shady car dealership would never recommend.

Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership!

Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership! Had my 2024 defender in for a leaking heating coil. After 6 weeks, I finally get my car back, and there's more wrong with it now than when I dropped it off! They cracked the info tainment screen, gouged the steering wheel, damaged the passenger side grab bar, dinged the doors, and left grease and dirt all over the interior. They failed to re assemble the center console correctly, leaving noticable gaps in the console and failed to re connect the wireless charging pad. The cherry on top is that we're now waiting on parts with no idea how long it may take. The only reason I have anything to do with this dealership is that I don't feel I have a choice. I'll not pay to repair the things that the dealership damaged. I would recommend that you take your vehicle anywhere else for service! They are running an absolute clown show.
