Ron Dodd gave us Exceptional Service—Fast, Honest, and Stress-Free. I’ve had good customer service before, but never like this. Ron Dodd and the Lexus team went above and beyond to make our experience seamless. My wife had only 30 minutes to complete a trade-in and financing for a new vehicle before traveling, and they made it happen—efficiently and professionally. Even when I made a mistake on the mileage, the team handled it with flexibility, ensuring the process remained stress-free. Their dedication and honesty made this the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ll be back to see Ron again, and if you want service that truly puts the customer first, this is the place to go!

Both John Krzanowski and Ron Dodd were professional,

Both John Krzanowski and Ron Dodd were professional, responsive, and respectful. They answered all questions and had a zero pressure sales approach. Over the years I have bought 5 different new cars from different dealerships. Serra Lexus provided the best service/approach by far. They also provided a very fair offer on my trade in.

Service center tried to charge us $800 for a Lexus

Service center tried to charge us $800 for a Lexus battery for 11 year old es. When we balked they found another for $375. We went to a regular mechanic and paid $175. They handled a complicated brake problem fairly well $$$ a year ago. Did something change?

Although I dealt with a professional and courteous

Although I dealt with a professional and courteous salesperson, I left knowing I would not be back to buy a new or used car from SERRA. I went to look at a used car for my daughter. I did my homework, as I always do when car shopping, and although I brought printed out values from Edmunds and KBB which showed the vehicle was overpriced for its condition (needed 4 new tires, had irreparable scratches on front bumper) the dealership was unwilling to negotiate with their price. Their listed Best Price was even higher than the Edmunds and KBB value if it had been in mint condition. Although their website says, "One Price Promise - Only One Price - The Best Price - No Negotiation Necessary" I would say the "Best Price" part is not believable. Just wanted to put this out there so no unsuspecting shopper goes in there to look at a used car and believes they're getting the best price.

The service staff was not very knowledgeable.

The service staff was not very knowledgeable. I was quoted $499.95 for 60,000 mile tune up. When I picked up the vehicle it was $543.07. No additional information was provided for the additional cost. I would not recommend this dealership for service.
