Extremely Disappointed – Major Issues with My
Extremely Disappointed – Major Issues with My Purchase I purchased a Bentley Mulsanne from AutoSport Group a month ago, worked with Paul (owner) Gary (sales) and Howard (sales), and I’m beyond frustrated with the experience. I was told they inspect all cars sold. From day one, the car had a vibration at highway speeds. I initially thought it was just flat spots on the tires, but after taking it to Bentley High Point, I found out the problems were far worse. The mechatronics valve body in the transmission needs to be replaced, the rear trunk motors are completely shot, and all four tires—full of flat spots—need replacing. On top of that, there are several other issues, bringing the total repair bill to over $14,000. This is absolutely unacceptable for a car that was just sold to me. It’s clear that Paul the owner nor this dealership did not properly inspect this vehicle before selling it. Selling a high-end car with these kinds of undisclosed issues is not just bad business—it’s dishonest. A dealership at this level should stand behind what they sell and ensure their vehicles are in proper condition before passing them off to customers. Buyers beware—inspect everything yourself because they clearly don’t.

I saw several cars I was very interested in online and
I saw several cars I was very interested in online and realized this dealership was very near my neighborhood. It’s a beautiful showroom and Paul Alvarado was a great salesman. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He even came in on his day off which was also a holiday when they were normally closed so I could show the car to my wife. He made the sale a seamless experience and I recommend Paul and the dealership. The car is mint too !!
