I wanted to share a cautionary note regarding Cargo Auto Group and its owner, Eric Hes. I recently had a negative experience with them, and I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership.  In hindsight, I wish I had done my research before making a decision. If you're considering buying a vehicle from them, I recommend having a trusted mechanic inspect any car you’re interested in. Please be cautious and avoid potential pitfalls—it's not worth the trouble On November 22, 2024, we acquired a vehicle from your dealership that was scheduled for delivery on November 24, 2024. Unfortunately, this delivery was delayed until November 25, 2024. Upon taking possession of the vehicle, we quickly noted several significant problems, such as: A non-functional horn An inoperable car start engineer Seat belt malfunctions Front left malfunction A car radio in need of repair A dirty sensor impacting the car radar An illuminated engine light due to a DPF sensor issue A driver seat sensor malfunction that triggers alarms unexpectedly vehicle only going 5mph because of dpf issues We promptly reported these concerns after delivery, and we returned the vehicle to your dealership multiple times for repairs. During our first return visit on November 29, the only issue addressed was the horn. Unfortunately, the other matters remained unresolved, leading us to return again on December 4 for an extended repair session. After this lengthy period, we found that none of the original problems had been rectified. We were informed that the vehicle would be sent to another mechanic, but we are still left without proper updates or solutions. To date, we have driven this vehicle for no more than five days since the purchase, and the ongoing issues have severely impacted our business operations. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these concerns, it has become evident that we are not receiving the level of service or resolution that we expected from your establishment. At this stage, we find ourselves compelled to formally request either a full refund or a replacement vehicle that is in good working condition. During our interactions, Eric, the owner, suggested that if we were unwilling to pursue repairs through another mechanic, we could consider taking legal action. This is not a route we wish to pursue, but we feel we have exhausted all reasonable options given the circumstances. from November 22 to Jan 9 is enough time We would like to acknowledge Stan, your sales representative, who has been supportive and has made efforts to assist us throughout this frustrating process. His dedication has not gone unnoticed, and we appreciate his willingness to help, even if the overarching management and repair issues have not met our expectations. We have meticulously documented all correspondence related to this vehicle, including emails and photographs that illustrate the dashboard's warning lights and other symptoms of the vehicle. I took a day off and drove two hours from out of state
I took a day off and drove two hours from out of state there, after confirming with them multiple times I would have auto loan from my own credit union. Only After I got there, they informed me they needed to raise the advertised price by two thousand because I would not finance from them. They could have told me over the phone about this way before I even drove there. This is straight out deceptive practice. A whole work day wasted on my end. I would never go back there again.
