Went to the dealership at 9.50 they open 10 was looking at a car guy pulls up yelling at us blocking the dealership with his car on rt 46 , he was nasty almost acting like we were up to no good . So we went rt 22 Springfield and bought another bmw in cash guy was wonderful worked with us . That’s it

Experience was great. Joey and the Team helped me understand everything in the buying process. They were very flexible as Joey came in on his day off to complete the sale.

In response to mikes review from yesterday , I just want to make it clear that this person wrote the review out of the for the simple reason that they did not get the answer they wanted. No one was rude or condescending. They were told about the companies policy, which is not to give out the door pricing over the phone because although we may agree in pricing , the customer may find something wrong or may simply not like the vehicle in person . This leaves both the salesperson and customer disappointed . Hence why they were told that once they come in , visually inspect the car, test drive and see if it’s to their liking then we can sit down and discuss numbers. For some was so ready to buy two cars and have a check ready they were awfully concerned with numbers beforehand . Mind you, the price is always negotiable within reason. What was rude was the fact that when they were told about the policy they said “ Well you’re not getting any business from me !” And hung up … that part was conveniently omitted from the review. If you want to be mistreated by a dealership, who is not
If you want to be mistreated by a dealership, who is not upfront with fees and is RUDE and mean over the phone Joe at this dealership is for you. They will not give any prices over the phone until you come in. They will not help you understand how fees are charged even if its a general question. SKIP THIS DEALER. They are NOT Honest or transparent. They care about their bottom line and not about the CUSTOMER. If you call and ask a simple question. About a price They will treat you like xxxx. They have no tact and can careless about the public.. They don't even offer any information on the vehicle other than it's available and you have to come in. When confronted with this and asked why they can't give any information, all they do is simply say "What if you don't like the car?, What if you get down here and the You don't like the number after seeing the car?" my answer is.... IF YOU SOLD A GOOD CAR FOR A FAIR PRICE..... Obviously. We would take the price. I know that they get low ballers occasionally, but I was prepared to write them a check for full asking price with all fees. All he had to do was tell me. And here is the spoiler alert we needed two cars. My only question was how much is your documentation fee? I wasn't trying to negotiate the price of the car over the phone or anything like that.. I had two different interactions with Joe on the phone, and both times he was condescending, rude, and negative. Why?

If you want to be mistreated by a dealership, who is not upfront with fees and is RUDE and mean over the phone Joe at this dealership is for you. They will not give any prices over the phone until you come in. They will not help you understand how fees are charged even if its a general question. SKIP THIS DEALER.
