Even though I thought I arrived late for my service

Even though I thought I arrived late for my service appointment due to an accident 1.5 mi from the dealership, I was welcomed as though i had been on time. I waited for my vehicle and enjoyed coffee that was provided in their immaculate showroom, despite some remodeling going on that morning. When i picked up my car it was freshly washed,,,,, something i had Not expected. ALL of the staff was very polite and professional.

The worst dealership that I've ever dealt with and I

The worst dealership that I've ever dealt with and I didn't think that you could be worse than a Shorkey dealership. Horribly managed and doesn't value their customers time or experience. Waited 5 hours for the manager to click print to sign paperwork.

Hi Chris, We’re sorry to hear that your experience with us felt frustrating. The final days of the month are always our busiest, since many clients are completing their purchases to take advantage of expiring manufacturer incentives. This does mean that paperwork and delivery times can take longer than usual, as every contract has to be prepared carefully for state and bank requirements. Since we were working your entire deal start to finish during your visit, the process required more time than it might for a client who had already provided the necessary documents and information in advance of their scheduled appointment. Our records show that your total time with us was just over three hours, during which our team worked to complete everything so you could take your vehicle home that same day—while also assisting other clients who had scheduled pick-up appointments. We understand that delays are never ideal, and we’ll continue working on ways to better communicate expectations and streamline the process during high-volume periods. We truly appreciate your business and hope you’re enjoying your new vehicle.

They don’t want or need black business here.

They don’t want or need black business here. First time I took my car to get some basic work done, the day I was supposed to come pick my car up, my key was not at the dealer. Nobody called to tell me that before driving an hour plus to get there. Secondly, today I dropped my car off to get my side mirrors replaced. It’s in my customer profile and obviously when I pulled up my car was pink. They wasted my time scheduling me an appointment knowing what I was coming in for and knowing the COLOR of my car. The service manager didn’t want to work on the car because it was painted PINK. My car being pink has nothing to do with them simply fixing my side mirrors. I truly believe they refused to this job because I was BLACK. I called another Audi location who said they can do the job and have an appointment scheduled with them. Another reason I believe they denied me is because my insurance was paying for it and I wasn’t coming out of pocket. Take your BLACK DOLLAR where it’s valued because it is not here. And don’t bother calling corporate they’re full of xxxx too!
