I am now the very happy owner of my 3rd Lincoln. The car is great but a huge part of what has kept me coming back is their service department. Courtesty, yes!! But the quality of the service has been outstanding. Over the years Frank has been the one to assist me in the service department and he is just "the BEST" which has kept me coming back.

Wickstrom Ford

Wickstrom is by far the best dealership around. Not only is it beyond nice inside and out, but the people who work there are as well. All questions get answered up front and quickly- never felt that typical shady "car dealer" attitude. Best dealership

I purchased a used truck for my business from here. They were great to deal with. My salesman Ryan was great during the buying process but also followed up after the sale weeks later to make sure we were happy. I have had the shop work on other trucks and mark in service is the best. We had my wife's jeep in there as well and Marco took care if it right away. I can't say enough good things about this place. No hard sale tactics just good old fashioned customer service. I am taking my wife there this weekend to look for a new car. If they don't have what we want we will wait until they do. If your like me and wonder what happened to good customer service and companies standing behind their product or service add this dealer ship to your list of places to do business with you won't be disappointed.

Should think twice

If your looking for customer service, look somewhere else. I was warned before I bought my truck from this dealer, but unfortunately I didn't listen. I really wanted to do service with a hometown company. When I bought my truck, the salesman was very nice and would call me back right away to answer my questions. However after I bought the truck I had some questions and concerns about the truck. When I spoke to him about these issues, I was amazed he just shrugged his shoulders and pretty much walked away. I ended up having to take my truck in for service a couple times. Why they did fix one of the issues, the other two issues were never resolved, even to this day. I had a rattle on the drivers side. I heard it for three weeks before I brought it in. They said they couldn't find it. As soon as I got the truck back, I could clearly hear it. I know rattles can be hard to find, but this one was very easy if someone would have just taking the truck for a drive. My power port in the back is broken. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't work. When I took it in, they said it worked and was ready to be picked up. I asked the service guy why my port doesn't have a green light on the port like all the other trucks I have seen. Instead of finding out, he just says I have no idea. When I picked up the truck, I spoke with a manager and told him my frustration about wasting time bringing the truck in and not getting stuff fixed. To my amazement, all I heard was I understand. Not one time did he say leave the truck here, I will make sure it's fixed in the morning. I ended up going back to talk with them about this problem. All I ended up hearing was excuses about the power port. Not one time did they even say we will fix the issue. For a $20 part, I was amazed at the different reason they would come up with why they wouldn't fix the power port. One piece of advice before you buy a Ford, something I was never told when I bought the truck. According to Wickstrom's research, 95% of Ford, Lincolns and Mercury's need alignments done at 15K miles. Now I own a truck and I thought their whole slogan was "Built Tough". Wickstrom seems like a dealer that will be more than happy to take your money, but after they have your money, your on your own. Don't expect much.

Great Customer Service!

I recently purchased a new vehicle with Ashley Feck at Wickstrom Auto Group. The experience was great! Ashley was extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process. She answered all of my many questions, met with me in person several times to go over all the options, and was also always available through email and by phone. Even though Wickstrom Auto Group is a farther drive for me than other Ford dealerships, I will only go back to Wickstrom: professional and friendly customer service (thanks Ashley!), beautiful facility, and overall great experience. I've already recommended this dealership to friends and family.

We recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Wickstrom Ford. Our sales person was Michelle McCormick. She, along with others in their sales group, are very professional. Our experience at this dealership was superior to other car purchases in the last 15 years. Their sales process is genuine and their prices are fair. Another thing that sets this dealership apart from others is their service department. Service representatives are also professional. Service work is done on time and thorough. They even wash your car after even an oil change. They certainly deserve a 5 star rating from me

Repeat of good experience

This is my second vehicle I purchased from Wickstrom Auto Group in the past 2 years. The first one was a Ford Explorer and this one was a Ford Focus. Both times the experience was excellent. The staff was very knowledgably. I actually drive here to have my Explorer serviced even though is is over 30 minutes away. I have another ford vehicle I have serviced closer and have found Wickstrom?s facilities superior. I will buy my next vehicle here also.

A great place to do business

We're on our second Wickstrom vehicle and when we recently started talking about what my wife wants to get for her next car this year, she explained to me that whatever she gets has to come from Wickstrom. Given that her wish list only includes one Ford product and no Chrysler products in her top 5, I was somewhat surprised but happy as our experience with Wickstrom has been outstanding from day one. Sales is friendly and no-pressure, and service is cordial, no-nonsense, "no surprises" consistently. Even though my Edge is 6 years old and has had almost no service other than scheduled service and tires, they still greet me by name when I walk into Service and always go out of their way to make things easy and straight forward.
