I purchased a used vehicle, 2008 Volkswagen Passat Sedan. The service was excellent from beginning to end. I came to Willowbrook Ford because I had previously purchased a new vehicle from Matt Tally and really felt comfortable with him. I came in with a budget and he worked tirelessly to find the right vehicle within that budget. I would never go anywhere else!

Mark was attentive and very competent. The Enterprise rep was very helpful and friendly. The mechanic, Tom, took the time to explain the issues and provide reasonable expectation for the resolution. His knowledge and expertise are very evident.

Bill Parks Jr. Is the best

Went to Willowbrook Ford to look at a vehicle, that's when I met Bill Parks Jr. What a salesman, He is understanding and very pleasant, and not pushy, he took his time with me. Needless to say that I bought an escape. The service is great plus everyone was helpful. I had a slight problem but Bill went above and beyond to take care of it. THANK YOU...

It was a pleasure. The waiting area is comfortable (kudos to the genius who is responsible for the massage chair) and I am always confident that the service will be great. I was especially appreciative of Roger taking care of the rebate for me - I don't remember anyone ever offering to do that.
