LOST IN THE SAUCE

AFTER SOME THOUGHT I HAD TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. THEY HAD A NEW RAV FOR SALE AND I WAS INTERESTED SO I CALLED DOWN TO MAKE SURE THE CAR WAS AVAILABLE BEFORE I WENT DOWN TO LOOK THE CAR OVER. THE SALESMAN SAID THE CAR WAS STILL THERE SO OFF I WENT. HE ASSURED ME THAT IT WAS ON THE PROPERTY. WHEN I GOT THERE I FOUND MY MAN AND WE WALKED AROUND LOOKING FOR THE CAR IN THE FRONT LOT. WE COULDN'T FIND IT AND THEN WALKED AROUND THE BUILDING AND THEN THROUGH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. FOR THE 2ND TIME WE WALKED AROUND THE WHOLE AREA AND AGAIN THE SERVICE AREAS. HE SAID IT MUST BE IN THE TOP LOT ON THE HILL BEHIND THE DEALERSHIP. THERE WAS NO VEHICLE AVAILABLE TO DRIVE UP THIS STEEP HILL SO I HAD TO USE MY CAR. UP TO THE TOP LOT WE WENT AND LOOKED AROUND UP THERE AND STILL NO CAR. I STARTED TO GET A LITTLE UPSET AND ASKED HIM WHERE THIS CAR WAS THAT HE ASSURED ME THAT WAS THERE. I LOOKED AT MY WATCH AND I HAVE BEEN THERE AN HOUR NOW. SO BACK DOWN TO THE FRONT OF THE DEALERSHIP WE WENT. HE LEFT ME AND I WENT BACK TO THE INTERNET DEPARTMENT AND ASKED THE GIRL WHO WAS THERE AND SHE LOOKED ON HER COMPUTER AND AT THAT TIME TOLD ME THAT CAR WAS SOLD 2 WEEKS BEFORE. I JUST SHOOK MY HEAD AND WENT TO FIND THIS GENIUS AND GET THIS, HE WAS WAITING ON ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND ABANDONED ME. I WALKED OVER AND GOT INTO MY CAR AND RODE OUT, BEFORE I GOT MYSELF INTO SOME TROUBLE. WHEN I GOT HOME I CALLED THE MANAGER AND HIS EXCUSE WAS THAT THIS SALESMAN HAD ONLY BEEN THERE FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS. CASE CLOSED. I WOULDN'T BUY A BAR OF SOAP OFF OF THESE PEOPLE. SO BEWARE WHEN YOU GO THERE.

Worth each visit!

Satisfaction of my 2012 Toyota Corolla, now with 19,000 miles,has been 100% FROM viewing their favorable price on the internet AND getting a genuine response to my phone call, rather than just "Come in." The result was my first ever UN-pressured car purchase experience and a WAY beyond expectations deal. Plus, the dreaded last stop at the finance office, was without that final push for extras. My 25,000 STANDARD routine maintenance at no additional cost is nearing it's end. Each visit has been prompt and thorough. All sales and service promises continue to be honored. Day Toyota Scion has won me over!

great dealer for buying new car

Just bought another new car in less than 4 months and the experience was even better than the best. The finance person did most of the work to get us a loan, at a great rate. And our salesperson did an amazing job getting us out of the dealer as fast as possible. We have 3 kids we brought with us and they had a play room to stay in entertained for most of the time.

Day Toyota Rocks!

Day Toyota and, in particular, Wayne Scholar, made the shopping/ purchase of our new RAV4 the smoothest I have ever seen that otherwise bumpy process. My Day
