I have been coming to Burdumy motors and I always have been treated with respect. I bring my car their for regularly scheduled maintenance. I always have my repairs that are needed done timely and efficiently.I have even taken up the suggestions that mechanics have made on occasion so I may continue good perfoemance of my car. The Service staff is aware I don't live in the area and it is made certain that my car be ready when needed thanks to the staff l warfield

Ray Dunmore (used car sales mgr.) was extremely pleasant and professional, both in person and via phone. Thanks Ray! Though I was disappointed with the lack of negotiation/cooperation process and flexibility on the part of the owner, Ray made up for the difference. They (the owners) seemed "indifferent" to the sale, even though I drove 3hrs (1 way.) Bottom line, I got what I wanted.
