GREAT SERVICE

Found from the second we put our foot on the property of Faulkner Hyundai we had a great experience. Everything went smoothly. We had top service and perfect gentlemen handling all our needs. We were well pleased with Mike and Carlos and all the others especially the person who took over when Mike could not be there on our second visit. We heard from them a few days later to make sure all was fine. I rate them a 10 - 10 being the best. PC12312011

Good Expereince

I recently traded my 2005 Hyundai Tucson for a 2012 last June. The staff were very patient and knew it was a big decision for me. They didn't try the high pressure sales tactics common at other dealerships and allowed me time to make up my mind and feel good about the purchase. Steve Buchanan and Jonathan Palmisano were honest, straightforward and got me the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. I would highly recommend those interested in buying a Hyundai to give Faulkner Hyundai on Roosevelt in Northeast Philadelphia a try. I am a registered nurse and am not in any way affiliated with the company. I just believe in complimenting an organization that does things right. I also happen to believe in Hyundai for their quality vehicles and willingness to stand behind their products.

Friendly Service

They were very friendly and worked hard to get me in the car I wanted with the payments I needed. The only reason I gave them a low score on the facilities was that they were working out of a trailer while their new showroom was being finished. I would recommend them highly.

My hyundai Santa Fe developed a tapping noise in the engine at 20 k miles and after multiple trips to Faulkner for service I was told there was no noise and the vehicle was operating normal. I finally requested an evaluation by the Hyundai rep who acknowledged the issue and the engine tappers were replaced. Now at 33k the same noise has returned. I took my vehicle in for service and was told the noise is barely noticeable. I sent an email to Tom(service manager) and he suggested that I bring my vehicle and leave it overnight. I explained to Tom that this is not a when the vehicle is cold issue and since I do not want to waste my time again I requested an appointment with the Hyundai rep. This was about 2 months ago and I have not heard from Tom. It is very frustrating to deal with a service department that continues to tell you a noise does not exist. Staff is very nice but thesis ability or willings to solve warranty issues is lacking. Faulkner took over northeast hyundai which provided poor service.

Great service, great vehicle!

I purchased my 2013 Hyundai Elantra in May. Mike Dunn took great care of me. I really wanted white and although they didn't have it there he made it happen and found me the car I wanted to my exact specifications! Great experience overall and I'm loving my white Elantra :) Great quality, no complaints. I will definitely buy another Hyundai in the future.

It could not be easier. Top to bottom everyone was very friendly and helpful. All of our questions were answered and there was no pressure. There was none of the nonsense you can get when buying a car. We had a very delightful experience when we purchased our Elantra in July.

Super Nice

Mike Dunn is a good guy. He asked me what I was looking for in a car and went over all the features I was interested in before even showing me what he had on the lot. When I did finally decide on a car he went over all the cars' features, then went the extra step and set up my bluetooth for me. He even went through the car I traded in and called me saying he found something I had left behind in my old car. It was my good luck charm my mom gave me and I thought I had lost it. Regina, I think her name is, in their finance department, she was amazing. Very caring and honest. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. All my questions, whether about the car or the financing, were answered. I NEVER felt like I was getting someone "fake". Loved my experience and I love my car.
