Having had less than favorable dealings in the past at dealerships, this was a very pleasant surprise. The sales staff was not pushy, didn't make me feel like I was a stupid chump for not dealing with them. Our car was purchased as a no-trade deal, they worked with us to get the best price on the very vehicle we wanted, no switches, etc. There were no bells and whistles, applause and champagne when we signed, but we did feel the old-fashioned out-of-date sincerity of appreciation for our business, something that's been missing lately. Having been in the car business myself, I'm not naive enough to believe they didn't make their profit, but the price was fair and at no time did feel forced to sign. Sammy was our final sales rep, and really did make us feel like a satisfied customer.

DON'T get tricked!!

I went in to BUY a car. After a lot of fast talking, wheeling and dealing, I put down $5,000.00 cash and did the cash for clunkers allotment of $3,500.00. They never said the word LEASE! Well papers were signed(2 sets), I now have a leased vehicle which will cost me $10,000.00 over the sticker price. My paperwork(1 copy) says I didn't put a penny down. No one seems to be able to figure this out...So did they RESELL my car that was suppose to be junked??? Where did my $8,500.00 go?? No one from the dealership will contact me. You bet, I am mad as HECK!

Quick and easy

I took my car in for an oil change, I was very impressed by how quickly they got my car in and out of the service department. The staff was very friendly, facility was clean. Overall extremely convenient and I will be returning.

Exceptional Service

The staff here did an exceptional job of answering all of our questions. My husband & I have never driven a Prius so we had a lot of questions. We were pleasantly surprised at how much we ended up liking the Prius. The sales reps were wonderful and courteous. Big Two made our car buying experience much more pleasant that it normally would be. We were treated fairly and respectfully. I would definitely come back here for our next vehicle.

Finally found a good service dept

I've been searching and searching for a dealer that would take care of me, and i finally found it. I was able to schedule my service online, the dealer got back to me right away with a set appt. It was so easy and convenient. Billy, my service advisor,made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. The process was very hassle free.

Great service!

I took my camry in for service last weekend, and Adam was amazing. He was extremely helpful with letting me know what service i needed to perform, and what could hold off. He didn't put pressure on me to purchase more service, like other service departments i have been too. I really appreciated all the help and look forward to working with adam again.

Excellence Delivered!

From website to email and then in person, everything that was promised from Big Two was delivered. At the end of December and despite the bussiest time of year for sales, April Jacobs(Fleet/Internet Director), took time to personally sit down and genuinely converse with us and discuss our purchase of a 2014 Toyota Tacoma. All of the customer representatives from sales, to finance to reviewing our vehicle, were extremely proffessional and polite. Going above and beyond was "Hyatt" a delightful employee who provided us with food and beverage as we sat in the waiting area. This was the most stress free purchase of a vehicle that we have ever experienced. At no time did we feel pressured or misled. Best of all our 2014 Tacoma is terrific. Thank you April, you were a joy to work with and we will be happy to send our friends and family to Big Two Toyota!

BIG TWO TOYOTA IS THE PLACE TO GO

I was working with another dealer who suddenly didn't want to work with me any more. At the same time, I was working with Brian Banks in Fleet at Big Two Toyota. Brian always go back to me, never pressured me, helped me get pre-qualified and finally hooked me up with Ian at Big Two who got me into a new Toyota Tacoma. EVERY person from the Managers, Finance people down to the cafeteria woman was helpful and never pressured me. Instead, I felt important and pampered. They worked with me and I got a great deal. I would recommend anyone who wants a new or used Toyota to go to BIG TWO. They're great to work with.

very unsatisfied with service

Brought in my 2013 Venza for a factory recall that was to take 2 hours. 4 hours later still no word on status. Was told someone would call back. 45 mins later still no call, and when called service dept the person answering the phone again said someone would call back, that she was off site and did not have access to car status. Had to get mad and argue for 10 mins trying to get transferred to someone that could actually help. 6 hours after dropping the car off at the appointed time it was completed. Extremely poor customer service. Willnot go back to this dealership for service ever again

Wasted My Day

Came in to pick up a used car to take to my mechanic for a quick inspection. Set the time for the pick up at 11:00 am. The internet manager wasn't even ready, kept me waiting for 40 minutes. When I finally went to find him he was no where to be found. Asked, no one seemed to want to find him or get someone else to assist me. Finally, after nearly an hour of being jerked around by these clowns, I left the dealership. Two hours later, the sales associate calls me and blasts me for not coming in. I said, what planet are you even on? You my dear lady weren't even there and your internet manager did a disappearing act. So, up yours! I went to Tempe Toyota and was treated GREAT. Big Two, your a Big Fat ZERO.
