Oil change Oh my Goodness! ;'(

I went in for an Oil change and got it done, but... The dealership could not get the oil change light to reset. Had to try for 45 minutes after the oil change with the service advisor at the dealership, could not get it done. Next morning we tried again, Advisor called right on time, but couldn't get it done, I had to take my vehicle to the Ford dealership,which the advisor had arranged, for them to reset the OIL CHANGE REQUIRED light. SO, this oil change took way more time then it should have, I feel that if you sell a vehicle, you should know how to do these types of things, I understand if it were a huge job sending it out, but this was an oil change that ending up taking 3+ hours. Not good. I must say the service advisor was trying very hard to get it done and was very professional.
