Excellent Service when needed most

Called for a service appointment with short notice. My SRX was long overdue for an oil change and two recalls were pending. The service advisor was able to squeeze me into the schedule and the work was finished when he had predicted. Not very expensive either. I am enjoying Cadillac ownership. I own a 2009 Escalade (hers) and a 2011 SRX (mine). Thanks

Great service

When I arrived at the parking area, the service rep (Walt) met me at my car as I exited the vehicle to get the key and take the car into the service area. I walk with a cane and the extra attention was appreciated as I could go directly to the waiting area, sparing me the walk to and from the service desk. The folks in the Cadillac service dept are always friendly, courteous and efficient which makes for a pleasant experience..

Courteous customer service at the service center!

Called the service dept because I could not get the hood to latch after filling the washer fluid. I was told to just bring it in, no appointment necessary. As it turned out, the spring in the latch was in need of cleaning & lubrication. Since it needed that done, I also asked if the oil could be changed. They worked me right in their schedule. Very pleasant gentlemen at the desk!

Great Sales Experience

I have worked with David Stanton on the lease of 3 cars now, since 2009. He is very knowledgeable about the Subaru line, listens to what I am looking for in a car as well as pricing, and works to find the right match. This last experience was enhanced by the speed of the financing process. David worked with the finance manager, and both came up with acceptable terms without the dreaded negotiation. The car was in perfect condition and ready to go. Absolutely no complaints about the car, the service, or the entire process.
