Excellent experience!!

I stopped in last week with my wife to look at a Traverse. We were greeted by Mike Brodsky. He was very friendly and readily available as soon as we walked in. We will be purchasing a new Traverse soon. My wife had kind of been on the fence about a couple other vehicles, but Mike converted us over to choose a Traverse! I can't wait to get our next car from City Chevrolet!

2014 Chevrolet Camaro service on rotors

This was my first time bringing my car in for service. There was an issue with a vibration upon braking. I dealt with Saverio Longobardo. He was great. I told him it was my first time, and he took ownership of my issue and had the rotors resurfaced. He checked with me to let me know they indeed felt the same thing that i did with the vibrations and asked if I was pressed for time. They took care of the issue for me. He also explained what I need to do next time I bring my car in, and that I could call and ask for him. I look forward to doing business with him again. My overall experience was a good one. I went in last month and had a small issue with my bumper. Saverio Longobardo got me fixed up within minutes and did not even charge me. He refused to even take a tip. I am a City customer for life.

The place to be when it comes to car buying

I went to City Chevrolet of Charlotte to buy my first used car and I had a great experience. From other people that I know that bought cars, they talk about how much of an hassle it can be but for me my experience was hassle free. My dealer Jay Hall and finance lady Ms. Dee made everything go by so smoothly. I highly recommend theses people to anyone that wants a new or used car. They work hard and is willing to help everyone and try their absolute best to make you feel comfortable and worry free during the buying process.

Great Repiar

I just had my oil changed and tires rotated at City Chevrolet and the service was great. The employees were very respectful and courteous. Sevario, the service rep, was great and explained the results of the inspection that came along with the oil change clearly and in plain english. It was nice not to be pressured into any additional services. They explained what issues my truck was showing signs of that I may need to pay attention to in the future. Overall it was a very stress free and easy going experience.

Very helpful and amazing opportunity!

I was recently in getting my vehicle serviced for the first time and I couldn't find a service person at first. I waited for a few minutes and was approached by Andrew Bernett. He helped me find someone in the service department right away. After my car went in, Andrew stopped by the waiting area to make sure everything was taken care of. He also informed me of a new program where my car could be traded in for a new one! That sounded like a great opportunity. So Andrew informed me of how the program works and I think I may take advantage of getting into a new tahoe soon.
