poor service,never called on monday with answer

sales person gave wrong directions to get there, and lied about it after i did get there and they had to go to a birthday party . all personnel did not want to price there vechical . took my socal security number and had me sign blank paper to run my credit but never ran my credit , they was to call me on monday after running my credit but never have called me back .
