No place better to buy a vehicle!

My family has been buying cars from Dick Smith since the 60's, I was very happy to see that they had the exact car I was looking for on their used car lot, David Belzer was very helpful as was Jim Leathers, they made made the car buying process truly hassle free! I drove 200 miles to do business with them! I would recommend Dick Smith Ford to anyone thinking of buying a new or used car, if you don't at least try them you may be missing out!

Stolen Goods

The service provided to our F-150 has our truck running great, but someone stole something our of the compartment of my husbands truck. Why would anyone need to go through the truck when all he came for was an oil change??

Service-Great.Meets all expectations I am disappointed with the Company not the Dealer, regarding the significant delay in releasing the Focus for ordering and delivery. I understand the Edge has the same issue. Obviously added mileage will incrfease cost caused by the decreased trade in value., I am concerned if this will happen again for the 2016 models. Note I replace the Focus evry year.

Great service with a friendly smile

We came to the dealership looking to trade in our Ford Fusion because our 15 year old daughter was not too excited about it being handed down to her. She was wanting something a little bit smaller. Our salesman helped my husband find the perfectly priced Focus and was able to help us get out from under the Fusion. Our daughter is very happy with her new car and now can't wait to get her drivers license so she can start driving it on her own. Thank you Dick Smith Ford.
