Mitchells were great ! My Alltrack is running smoothly after a service, and they let me take an Atlas home whilst they did some adjustments. Alltrack has 132,744 miles and looking forward to the next 100,000 !

Honestly Jessica makes this whole process seem delightful. She presented me with options for car care in a way that let me know she was involved in the process, not bored and disconnected. I was grateful for the upbeat attitude and attention to detail.

Aaron Gettinger was the rudest general manger I’ve seen. He’s super arrogant no smile and no customer service skills whatsoever. He came and sat at the table with us and started saying that he doesn’t like customers buying their cars from far away because they don’t get their service and maintenance!! If they don’t want to sell cars to non-local customers maybe they shouldn’t post their cars all over the internet and just wait and hope for a couple local customers a month to show up on their own. On the other hand the sales representative Byram who I spoke with and dealt with in person was super great and helpful and even gave us a ride from the airport without us asking him. Very friendly and smiling with great customer service skills, it’s sad for me to write this review but after I wasted the whole day getting there and back I don’t recommend this place unless you choose to go when the general manger is off.

My wife and I have purchased five different vehicles from the Mitchell organization, it would have been more but we moved out of state for several years and only recently moved back. The replacement of old vehicles at Mitchell has always been a positive experience for us, and their service is top shelf. Currently we picked up a 2018 Tiguan by VW. I recently had the car in the service department for its 10,000 mile service, and it was a pleasure doing business with the staff. I dealt with Jessica J. who was my consultant and am happy to say that she went out of her way to make me happy. Also, Carlos was my mechanic and he too was eager to please. The facility is old but I understand they will be moving to a nicer location.
