Outstanding Salesman

by from Sandy Springs, Georgia |

Reggie Stagmaier is the most honest, hard-working individual I've ever had the opportunity to meet and from whom I've had the pleasure of purchasing a new car. He got me an outstanding price on my vehicle and never attempted to up-sell me once I declined an option. He kept me informed and, despite being busy 12 hours each day, was always available to address my inquiries. One of the nicest people I've ever met. I will refer others to him with my highest recommendation.

Not all bad

by from lawrenceville ga |

People always write about the bad stuff but never the good, so here goes. I came in for an appointment and they had the car ready for me test drove it filled out a credit app and they gave me a better rate than my bank. Then the dreadful process of the finance office went better than expected Mustafa the finance manager made our experience very easy. Thanks for everything Jim Ellis

Perfect Place!!!

by from Blue Ridge, Ga |

Recently bought a used truck from the people at Jim Ellis. From the moment I walked in I was treated with first class customer service. They weren't pushy as some salesmen can be,yet they have me my space and helped me find the right truck for me. I couldn't say enough about these guys. I hope you will definitely consider them when purchasing your next vehicle.

Great Buying Experince

by from thomson ga |

Seen the truck I wanted on internet and called asked could we get deal done today as I was going on vacation the next morning. The answer was sure we can I had my doubts as I live 2 hours away. Didn't get there till about 6 pm but was off on vacation the next morning in my avalanche. The guys stayed late and did what it took. Everyone was very courteous even an hour after closing time when i know they wanted to be at home. If you need a vehicle I would highly recommend you see Dino Hill at Jim Ellis Chevrolet he is extremely knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to explain all the features of the avalanche when he should have been headed home. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks Guys

Great overall experience

by from Atlanta |

Just purchased a certified pre-owned Buick Enclave from Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Alan Cavell was my salesperson. Excellent service all the way around. Car was fairly priced, the work performed excellent (leather interior installed) and we are enjoying the vehicle. I'd use Alan and this dealer in the future for a car purchase.

Customer dissatisfied

by from Norcross, GA |

You wonder why people don't want to use dealerships for service. Here's why. I went for a simple headlight replacement .The service writer (Ken) was very kind to offer to change it out when he learned that I was on my way to Florida and needed to have it done quickly. He advised me to purchase the part at a cost of about $30.00 and he would replace it while I waited. As it turned out, it required removing the grill. He quoted me $57.80 in labor to have the service department do it. I left the dealership and received a call about two hours later that that they had installed it on the wrong side. I was then told I would have to purchase another bulb, charged another $57.80. So it went from an original quote of about $30.00 to $134.00. My service bill indicates "customer supplied new GM headlamp bulb asked to have it installed in the RH side." In fact, I turned the lights on for them to see which side it was on, although I said I THOUGHT it was the passenger side. So, I haven't brought it to the attention of the service manager yet, but I plan to. Really--who does the work without checking to see if the part needs to be replaced? Not only did the mechanic not check it before starting the project, after the grill was removed and light replaced, he/she reassembled the grill without checking to see if it worked. In their minds-I had to pay for a second removal. That was the stupid thing. I'm feel like I"m paying for the mechanic's mistake.
