Valley Motors Mercedes Benz service

Brought C300 in for 4 year/40K service. While there had squeaky accelerator pedal replaced and recall work done on brake light assembly. Customer service was great, loaner car process was quick and seamless. Only complaint was price but that's to be expected from a Mercedes dealer. I would have liked it if they made an effort to review the bill with me since it was a bit confusing.

A wonderful buying experience!

My dealings with the Service Mail Manager in aspects of my visit was excellent. He was knowledgeable and very responsive. $223. cost for an oil change including filter, fluid check etc. is excessive regardless the reasons. Your customer service area coffee machine was not working at 8 AM the day of my visit

car maintenance

My problem is when I dropped my car off for a B3 maintenance and am told the cost Would be $490. Then they come back suggesting $1100 in repairs. These surprises Are frustrating.
