Dealt with the Internet Sales Dept

Dealing with the Internet Sales dept meant no annoying phone calls; the salesman was good to deal with, not a pushy guy; working the numbers was a drag - I've been in the car sales biz a few years, and even tho this store is not a Van Tyl store, they still operate like a VT store when it comes to the numbers negotiations; finally got the deal l wanted, but it shouldn't have taken so long

I went in here to a LOOK. and i got hassled by three different people. i prob would have bouhght a car, but they were just so annoying. so i went to coulter nissan and got a car their instead.

Unfortunately this is our very first bad review ever from any site. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. As a small family owned business we strive to please every customer. While this instance does not ring a bell, we will work more diligently to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. It is not our practice to make the customer feel hassled or have numerous members of our staff talk to each customer

I called on the phone told the salesman Celso what I wanted he latter called me back with some cars that he had on the lot that might work, then later I got a call from the finance manager he said he would work something out for me ...well when I got there they did what they promised :) I was in and out quickly and I am very happy with my new car

quest for my suv

I had viewed the online inventory prior to arriving so there was no need to walk the lot. Within 3 or 4 minutes a salesman walked out to greet me,since I was confused as to which door to enter this was fine. I asked to test drive the 2011 Mitsubishi outlander XLS V6 and after doing a quick walkaround he took my license to copy and retrieve the keys. All in all we were on the road within 20 minutes, on a 110 degree day, part of the time was letting the vehicle cool with the air conditioning on. The outlander was awesome. Returned to the dealership, although we were not able to make the deal I appreciated the professional manner of the salespeople, specifically Brandon and Brian along with the credit manager who very honestly tried to find a vehicle that would fit my financial comfort zone. Summary: Test drove 3 vehicles ran numbers on two, declined the 4th test drive and left feeling good about the experience. purchased 7 or 8 new cars in my life and several pre owned.
