Can't Trust a Word

by from Lorton, VA |

This dealer has nice facilities and like many other advertise their used vehicles online. I understand sometimes vehicles can be sold and online inventory not be updated however when you take the time to call them and ask for a vehicle and they tell you that they have it, then you expect that when you arrive an hour later the vehicle to be there. That's not the case, first they'll waste your time sitting around "looking for the vehicle" to not find it and then try to sell you a new one. It seems they can't keep track of their inventory, just plain lie to get you in the door, and waste your time. If you can't trust them with something as simple, would you trust them with anything else? I certainly won't

Great Service

by from Capitol Heights, MD |

Ty Walston, and Carl Goode were very nice gentlemen, who took care of me there. I test drive the vehicle I wanted, they worked with me in my budget (I was NOT going over). This was one of my most easier times purchasing a vehicle. This was a good process!

Buyer Beware

by from Tacoma Park MD |

My husband and I went to buy a used Altima and after negotiating a price late Friday they wanted to complete the sale the next day. When I went to pick up the car the next day the raised the price of the vehicle by 400 dollars. Additionally the managers we very rude and very condensing. All I can tell you is buyer beware

Very Accommodating

by from Maryland |

The guys at Passport Nissan were very accommodating and did their best to find a used car for the price I was willing to pay. Everyone was super friendly and we were immediately offered refreshments when we entered the facility. I test drove a car that was close to my price range and found an issue with the alignment. There wasn't a denial of the problem like at most dealerships and I was assured it would be handled if I were to purchase the vehicle. After a lot of back and forth on my behalf (they were very patient) I decided against buying because of the outer appearance of the car (fender obviously replaced but still with noticeable damage, I had to push the bumper in to lock it in place, the car appeared to have been broken into (maybe someone left their keys inside), but nonetheless not appealing to me. However, I would recommend this dealer because of the service they provide, the buyer just needs to be savvy and do a complete overview of the car before signing on the dotted line, but that comes with anything you buy. I would return to this dealer if they carried the car I was interested in.
