Heritage MileOne Honda Parkville

People ask me why do I get my 2002 CRV serviced at the dealership. Because I feel a sense of loyalty to the salesman who took good care of me and got me a great deal on the car. Because for the past ten years I have been consistently treated with courtesy and respect by the service advisors. Because I trust Heritage Honda of Parkville to take excellent care of my vehicle without ever trying to take advantage of me or to perform unwarranted service. And finally because I just had my 225,000 service performed and you can't beat that!

I am so thankful that I have Heritage Honda in Parkville so close to my home. Even though its a dealership, it gives you that mom & pop shop feel - everyone is so friendly and you know they are taking good care of your car, etc. Totally recommend their service department - especially Chris Murray. And, when I do buy a new car in the next couple years or so, I definitely will consider buying one at this dealership! :)

We purchased both of our vehciles from Heritage Honda, in fact we just purchased on this past week. We have all of our service done at Heritage. Chris Murray the services writer is always helpful and explains everything completely. He even lets us know if we can hold off and not get something done. When I was ready to purchase a new vehicle, he was there to be sure I did OK. We will continue to use Heritage Honda in the future.

Consistently good service for my Fit!

My husband and I were looking for a used Honda. We didn't really find one in our price range, but our salesman, Mike Walter was eager to work and find something for us. He showed us a car that was not yet on the lot,it was a Mazda and in our price range. He was assisted in the process by Rob Jones. Both gentlemen treated us with respect and were not condescending like some other dealers we visited. Our car was Mike's first sale. This was a very pleasant experience. Micheal Herron also aided the sale by having door mouldings replaced for us. The staff here is friendly, knowledgable, and there was no pressure. They were very helpful and not pushy. Car came as promised, for the price quoted, and no surprises. Mike followed up with us to make sure everything was as we wanted and there were no problems. Great experience!!

It had been awhile since I had bought a new car but Mr. Mok Bsaiso helped make the process go as smooth as possible. He was very concise and attentive throughout the whole process. Honda can sell itself because it is a good quality car but Ms. Bsaiso made everything else very easy. He explained all the new items on the car and if I needed any help he was there to be of service. He made me feel very comfortable and was just a pleasure to do business with. His customer service skills are excellent. Everyone else at Heritage was also very nice. Very good experience buying my 1st brand new car from Heritage Honda Parkville. My process was not complicated and went fast! Rob J. was fantastic. He listened to my needs and concerns and made a new car happen quickly! I would refer friends to Rob J. in a second! I love my 2012 Honda Accord and would definitely return to Heritage Honda for future purchases.

I went to Heritage Honda Parkville all the way from Fairfax, Virginia because they had the exact used car I wanted -- model, trim line, color, low mileage, etc. I called before making the trip and spoke to Carl, who insisted that he personally look at the car to tell me his impressions before I drove up, just to make sure I wasn't wasting my time on something less than what I wanted. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and shown the car, which was just as perfect as Carl had described it. Since it was exactly what I wanted, a deal was struck and I arranged for next-day pickup. The next day, my financing and paperwork were completed in an enjoyable, honest and efficient manner. Everyone I dealt with at Heritage *knew* I wasn't going to return to their dealership for service (it's over an hour drive) or to buy another car in the near future (this was my first car purchase in 21 years), but they treated me like their most important customer. I suspect they treat *every* customer that way. Thanks, Heritage!

My husband and I went to Mile One Parkville to look at used cars and left with a new one! Our sales person Eric was wonderful, very professional, knowledgeable, and excited about the Honda Pilot we were purchasing. I can honestly say he was enthusiastic and never once made us feel pressured into purchasing anything. Our entire experience was made easy and stress free. We liked the service so much that we went back a week later and purchased an Accord from another sales person, Carl and Andy.

I just purchased a new Honda CRV at Heritage Honda Parkville. My Sales person Robert Jones was more than helpful and made buying the vehicle a pleasant experience. There was no pressure and he went out of his way to explain all the options that were available to me. I shopped other dealerships but he by far stood out above the rest by being patient. I was also very impressed with Seth the Finance manger. He also was very pleasant to work with and again eplained options I had available without any pressure.
