GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Crown Acura is Awesome! I have never had customer service as GREAT as this. Amiss, JR & Steven are tops. Crown Acura treats customers as individuals. All of their employees are courteous and never to busy to anwser any questions I might have. I'm seldom there over an hour for routine maintence, I'm thoroughly satisfied that I'm getting the best service for the best price. I made the following comment to an employee that "you don't have to go to that much trouble" his comment was "it's not any trouble YOU are our customer". This is the attitude my husband & I have found of all CROWN ACURA employees.

We just purchased a new Acura from Crown Acura and the service was great! Scott Hardy our sales associate did a great job in getting the car we wanted and the price we wanted to pay. Excellent service each time I go to this dealership. I get the same service advisor who really take care of me! I travel all the way from Winston to Greensboro for the Class A service. Its worth the trip.

Had my Acura MDX serviced for the first time. Found Crown Acura to be extremely well organized. I received a reminder via phone and email of my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by two people and quickly helped. Everying was handled very professionally and promptly. I had one small question about how to use something on the vehicle and the service person got a mechanic to answer my question very quickly. Even while waiting for my car to be serviced, I noticed how polite and friendly all the employees were. It is so pleasing to see a business that truly believes CUSTOMER SERVICE is important. Even though it is a considerable drive for me to come to Crown Acura, I will continue to do so because I appreciate their level of service.

2004 Acura MDX

I saw an Acura MDX on autotrader.com and called to check availability. Al Hosley, the salesman said yes and we lined up an appointment. He had the vehicle ready for me, was very informative, and laid back. He helped me with the credit app and turned me over to the business manager who took care of me in quick fashion. I was very pleased and impressed.
