Service excellent. I think that your charge for the diagnostic should only apply to people that don't have the service done at your dealership. If work is done by you the charge for the diagnostic should be subtracted from the bill.

Great mechanical service

The work done on my vehicle is always superior. Mike Seaman really knows his stuff! I did have to wait quite a while to get my service done on my car with the recalls going on right now. That was the only downside to my experience.

Great people! Fast service!

I have always been pleased with the service we have received over the years. The only thing I am displeased with is the service reservation system. It was much better and easier to talk directly to my service manager than someone who is not familiar with my vehicles.
