I bought a used 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Tom Peck Ford. The salesmen, the manager, everyone involved in the process made it a seamless deal and a good one at that. I love my car, getting 43.5MPG after one month and 3,000 miles. Awesome!

I came early in the morning, but there was a long wait, so the staff told me it will be another 2 hrs. before they can service my car for an oil change and tire rotation. I told them I will come back in the PM, but I will call first. I did not have the chance to call back in the PM, but I went back around 3:00 PM, and it was perfect, that there were only 1 or 2 people being serviced at that time. They took my car in about 10 minutes and I was out there in less than an hour. The staff was pleasant and courteous.

Low-key dealership that just does the job

Chris Hish did a great job helping to find my Mustang ('15, Ecoboost Premium, 6spd, 50th Anniversary package, black on black) and then get a dealer trade going to get it down from Galesburg MI. He also managed to get it, have it prepped, and delivered a day early! This dealership is low-key, no pressure, will help find all incentives and bank rates, and find you the exact vehicle you want across the dealer network. If you don't like car shopping because of the "pressure" then go see these guys since their approach is to just help you and know that in doing so they are helping themselves.

Great Sales Expierience

Everything went really well and the Sales person was super friendly. The deal was very easy and we got exactly what we wanted. The showroom was clean and comfortable to do business. After getting the vehicle home, I wish I would have requested an in-depth review of the cars features. But over all the demo was ok.
