puchased new 2012 Camry at Toyota of Dallas yesterday. I dealt with Internet Mgr Harold Hunter & new GM Darren Dortch. They were perfect, great deal, Darren is rebuilding from the ground up with friendliness and customer satisfaction his main concern. I know they will be very successful. We could not have been happier to see customer satisfaction as a main goal along with a great deal on our 2007 Hybrid and 2012 Camry SE. Darren and his new staff are going out of their way to make TOYOTA OF DALLAS A NEW MODEL OF TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. Their current attitude regarding Teamwork goes completely thru top to bottom. If you don't experience that, I would contact Darren immediately to let him know. The young businessman is a force to be dealt with by other Toyota dealerships. He's intelligent and there to have his Toyota Team make your experience very pleasant. Rob and Kelly Wieland

Beware

I have been going to toyota of dallas for quite some time. i used to go for service and they tried to cheat many many times. once they told me I need new spark plugs and tune up where toyota states that spark plugs on my vehicle must be changed 120000 miles where my vehicle only had 65k. they do not perform the service they promised on the phone and price they agreed to. my recent experience was going to buy a used mini van with a trade in. i did all my research and had my paper work done to visit. they offered 50% of their own instant trade offer for my trade and wanted more for the van than it was worth. there is no honesty at this place, i got mad and left. will never do business with cheaters.

I was very happy with the service I received From the salesperson "Serena", She got me a great deal on my trade in. I am also happy with the Camry I purchased. It was a little confusing at the closing end, other than that it was a great car buying experience. .

I bought a 2004 Highlander from this dealership and have been very pleased with the service. However this last service visit I was told I needed a new battery. I questioned this because there were no indications it was getting weak. I had it tested again at a repair shop and after two tests it passed both times. That was over a month ago and the battery is still working just fine. I now question if some of the other repairs I was told I needed were legit. I will continue to use their service but will certainly question any recommend repair.

Be careful, don't waste your time here

Try to buy a preowned Toyota, the sales guy will give you a good price over the phone, they even put a ok price on Cars.com. After you test drive, they will tell you the price is wrong, the "correct " price is $5k higher!!!! Come on Toyota Dallas, treat you customer with basic respect and don't come up with this excuse insulting our basic IQ. I wished I had read the other people's review before I went there, waste of time. I also learned that it has a new owner, so Mr New Owner, now you probably know why the previous owner almost went bankrupt, cause he got all bunch of nuts to fool potential customers.

I just bought a pre-owned 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited from this dealer and my experience overall was very positive. I first ended up there because they had a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited that I wanted to look at. Sadly, it was bought before I was able to get there to look at it. Just 2 days later another 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited came in, and Terry immediately contacted me and made sure the car stayed on the lot long enough for me to find time to get over there. The car was fabulous, and they offered me a great deal for it, and top dollar for my trade-in! I left a happy and satisfied customer and would recommend you check them out (and don't forget to ask for Terry!).

Buyer Beware

I recently saw a vehicle adverised on this dealers website priced at 1/3 off MSRP, and 0% interest. The MSRP was shown on this advertisement. I went to this dealership to test drive the vehicle and I loved it and decided to purchase it. After I informed my salesman that I wanted the vehicle, i was informed that the MSRP shown in the advertisement was not the correct MSRP, but the actual MSRP was $8,000 higher. After considering this new MSRP, I informed my salesman that I would take it anyway (with the 1/3 off and 0% interest. After some discussion, the manager informed me that he would sell me the vehicle at 1/3 off, but that he had to add $8,000 (which he explained would be the interest payments that I would have to pay if he wasn't offering 0% interest. I explained to him that he was not offering 0% interest at all, but only adding interst to the principal cast of the vehicle. I informed him that what they were doing was false advertisement, and maybe even criminal. They are not a dealership that you should do business with.

Hope it gets better

We have bought a few cars from this dealership in the past, and I went to buy a used Land Cruiser. Instead I ended up dealing with the most unprofessional manager, who sold the car out from under us after we made an offer. He tried to get us to compete with another customer that showed up after us. I have been notified they have since come under new management. I hope he is better than the last.

Unprofessional

Last night my wife talked to David to seal a deal of brand new Corolla 2012 LE. He sent an email to confirm it and it clearly says the color is BLACK. We agreed to meet today at 5 pm at the dealership. My wife could not make it and asked me to go. When I arrived there, David told me that the car was sold! And he tried to sell me another color car or the same color but $1000+ more expensive. He should have called my wife and cancelled the meeting! NEVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP
