Great experience all the way up to the paperwork

Working with the Audi sales team on buying a new A3 was a positive experience overall. The opposite could be said for the Finance Manager in the Ford area that I had to work with to finalize the deal. He wanted to push add-ins (extended warranties, theft registration, etc.) and was almost insistent on using the manufacturer's financing. I had an excellent credit score and had to insist that I be shown the rates for other lenders that I would qualify for in order to make an informed decision. Overall, his attitude and demeanor were very short, rushed, and unfriendly.

Car Buying Expedience

I recently bought a 2014 Ford Fusion from salesperson Lance Waugh. He was exceedingly polite, well versed in All the functions of the car and he stressed that I had to purchase a smartphone to reap the benefits of the Fusion's options. It took me two weeks to get my phone but as soon as I DID, I called Lance and he saw me immediately and proceeded to Sync my phone and car.I feel that he did the utmost to make my car buying experience easy and stress free. I've recommended him to several of .y friends.

Ongoing Oil services

My service visit was related to the Oil litigation on the A4 engine. I am disappointed that my complaints for three years went largely unheeded and ignored by the Audi only to find that I am not alone. This experience will seriously discourage me from purchasing another Audi.
