My husband and I have just bought a 6th brand new Hyundai in the last 12 years. Ron Eck who is our sales associate is awesome! Mark that assisted us with the last sale is fantastic as well! They are very honest and very special people. They are the kind of sales associates that you love to deal with when you buy a car as they have your best interest at heart. We love Hyundai and O'Brien Auto Park. The cars are such a great quality, pleasure to drive and everyone treats you so well, starting from the sales to the service. They make you feel like you are the most important client they have. We recommend O'Brien to everyone. I have sent some of my clients to Ron as I know they were going to have the best service and an awesome car.

Sales person and showroom

This is my 3rd vehicle that I have bought from Rhonda Coon at OBrien Hyundai, as usual she was able to find me the perfect Elantra. Again... I am very pleased at the attention and outstanding service she has given to me and my family, I sent my son and his wife to Rhonda and they both bought a car., her knowledge of the vehicles, caring, and sense of which vehicle will fit our lifestyles and budget is excellent., when ever I have called her with a question she knows exactly who I am and what year, make and model of the vehicle I purchased and when we purchased it, even if it was 2 yrs prior, she remembers all of our names, she should be commended on her wonderful people skills and helpfulness she offers to each of her customers, I will and have recommended her to the rest of my family members and friends. 100 thumbs up to Rhonda..... she is one of a kind.. One thing I would like to mention is that while I was filling out my credit application I was sitting in the lounge, I heard someone yelling and raising their voice in the showroom, when I stuck my head around the corner one of the employees, which I do not know his name, was caring on and yelling in the showroom with approx. 4-6 other customers, including children, it looked as though he was yelling at Rhonda.... when I asked her who that was doing the yelling, she said no one don't worry about it, he was the I.T. guy.. I felt he was very unprofessional., you certainly don't talk to your co-workers in a tone or voice like that for all to hear, especially in front of customers., not good for business, if I had not been a previous customer of Rhondas I would have walked out the door and gone somewhere else. if I was the manager, he would have lost his job.. I couldn't hear exactly what was said but he was loud and very rude....for me to hear in the customer lounge... I hope that was dealt with appropriately,., other then that I am very pleased with my new car and all the hard work Rhonda did to make it happen.,

Great Service

Recently had a problem with my Santa Fe. Called emergency road service they picked up the vehicle in less than an hour, phoned O'Brien's service department notified them that the car was being brought in; they said no problem would check out the car and call. The car was repaired in less than 2 hours. The service was excellent, would recommend this dealership.

Happy Customer

On March 21, 2014, I was struck in my 2013 Elantra by a driver running a red light. The force and impact was enough to push me over two lanes and up a side walk. Although my Elantra was totaled, I walked away with only a few bruises. My appreciation to Hyundai in meeting the highest safety standards and keeping me safe. I have now purchased my 3rd Hyundai, a Sonata. My son is using my 2005 Tucson which has over 130,000 miles and still performing like a new car. Every employee that I worked with over the years, whether in Service or Sales and Financing were courteous and professional. I'd like to specifically thank Chris Scalfani in Sales who assisted me in my last two Hyundai purchases. Chris' knowledge made it easy for me to make a good decision.

Great all around

No pressure sales 2 years ago. Great service ever since. Even helped promptly with unfortunate collision repairs. Have been several times for regular oil changes and service. Always treated promptly and with respect whether I had an appointment or not.

I have never received such accommodating, professional and courteous service in Canada and I have owned a number of new vehicles.
