Great Experience

My wife and I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Horne. We dealt with a gentleman named Les. He was very patient with us. We started off looking at a new vehicle but then saw a pre-owned one that we liked. He was very willing to work with us in this and told us that he wanted to help us get a deal done on the car we wanted not the one he wanted to sell us. He did. It took awhile to work through the process but we were very satisfied with the results. Les and Sam (the sales manager) were very courteous and patient with us. We would have no problem returning in the future to purchase another vehicle, which we probably will in a few years.

2015 Ford Flex Purchase

I purchased a 1015 Flex. The Sales staff was very helpfull and know;legeable about the product. I thought it unusual that he couldn't present the final cost figures to me. I would have also liked to have seen all the hidden cost prior to setting down with the finace dept.

Consistently awesome!!! I was told by another dealership that my clutch was fine, after being stranded at my job we got it towed to Robert Horne Ford and found that my clutch was completely done for. They replaced my clutch and a few other items and my car is back to normal now. Thank you for the piece of mind!!!
