Great service

I went to this dealer to test drive a new Scion recently and they greeted me as soon as I pulled up to the door. They had the car ready for me and graciously gave me alone time to check out other vehicles. They had impeccable timing! When I had questions they were there to answer them. They were not pushy at all. They patiently explained things to me and gave me several quotes for the various cars I was interested in. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership and will highly reccomend them to my friends.

Very Disappointed

I came in from Virginia and My aunt and I stopped in to purchase my new Camry. When we go there we was approached by this non-caring, red bull drinking typical salesman. We asked for John and was informed that he was fired and no longer employed there. He went on to slander John and state things that we knew just was not true. He turned my stomach and infuriated my aunt. John was such a caring and considerate person my family bought five Toyota's from him already, my Camry would have made #6 and my sisters Highlander would have been #7. Even though my family has bought 5 vehicles from University, they was buying them from John, Chads actions proved to me that this is not the dealership it appeared to be when we worked with John. I will be finding me a new Toyota dealership to purchase my Camry as my sister will be buying her Highlander elsewhere as well.

Excellent experience!

I had to fly in to get the vehicle and they offered to pick me up an hour away to save me on my flight. Everything was top notch and the car was as promised. Its nice when all goes as it should. Highly recommended!
