Thank you Mario Caruso for helping my husband order the best car for me and helping keep it the biggest surprise I ever received! And thank you Tim Hall for showing me things on my BMW that are keeping me safe and providing me more fun than anyone could ever imagine! Disorganized, contacted by several salespeople

These people apparently don't know what cars are sold and still for sale. Was contacted by 3 different people at the dealership regarding a car I was interested in. After 2 days of communication and offers, I was told only Bob could negotiate and he'd be back Saturday and at which point he said the car had been sold.

Great Dealership, Friendly people, great prices

Great dealership. Got quotes from several other dealers and Norwood gave us the best deal on our 2015 X5 Luxury Line. We dealt with Mario and Phil the General Manager. Phil was friendly, helpful and fitted our needs in our vehicle. The facilities are beautiful and there are so many beautiful new BMW's in the showroom. There is also pre owned and new inventory upstairs. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used BMW.

When I arrived, the 2011 BMW 5 series that I was there to look at had ben sold the previous day. Somewhat disappointed, I was immediately referred to Manny, one of the senior sales persons. Manny took me "under his wing" and showed me their entire used BMW inventory that would suit my needs. I found a 2012 528i with low mileage and certified; just what I was looking for. I was able to work out a suitable price and value for my trade-in. The car was ready at the time I was scheduled to pick it up with all minor issues that I requested resolved . Manny turned what could have been a negative experience into one that was entirely satisfactory. He even came in on his day off to make sure that I was satisfied with everything when I arrived to pick up the car. He also was very informative and instructive regarding the nuances of the car. He took the time to make sure that I was knowledgeable enough to drive out of their dealership with confidence. I've only had the car for 5 days, but so far, I absolutely love it. Thanks, Manny.

Smooth transaction. Worth the trip to Norwood.

I live on the Cape, but heard about a great salesperson up at the Norwood BMW when I was at a BBQ over the 4th of July weekend. My friend gave me his card and I called the guy for an appointment. Long story short, it was one of the better calls I've made - Jeff Stanford took all the pain out of the process. He really did a great job. I showed up at the dealership with two of my kids and he settled them both upstairs in their kids area while showing me the car. It was great! Bought us enough time to find the car I was looking for.

Great place to buy a car!

I drove two hours to get to this dealership because my friend from work told me about his salesperson and the deal he got. I called ahead and made an appointment with Jeff Stanford and my friend wasn't wrong. Jeff did a great job. Found the perfect car, got me a great price, and I drove home four hours later in my new car. Doesn't get better than that. I'll be sending all my friends to Jeff at BMW Gallery of Norwood.

This was my best buying experience ever, I even liked the salesman, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The receiving of the vehicle was great , the spent a lot of time showing me the finer points of the car, and what it could do the whole experience was outstanding
