Love my Pilot!

This is the second Honda Pilot I have purchased from Crown Honda. Robert and Russell made my car buying easy and quick. They did not have the new car I wanted in stock, so they searched and found it in a short period of time. They had great follow up during the process and delivery. My encounter with the Service Dept as they installed accessories on my Pilot was excellent.

Excellent Service!

Great Car - Better Service!

My 1998 Civic just passed 351,000 miles and still runs like a new car. I bought it in Virginia (where I lived at the the time), but then immediately had to move to Greensboro and have taken my Civic to Crown Honda for service the whole time - the service is great with extra compliments to the Crown Honda Shuttle Team!!! My service manager, Steve Duncan, has been a true partner in keeping my car in top-notch condition. He is fair, honest, and knows his stuff!!! When I buy my next Honda - it will be from Crown Honda and the Sales Folks will need to thank the Service Department in general, the Honda Shuttle Team, and especially Steve Duncan for the purchase!!! If I were a business person - this is how I would want my business to run!!

Exceptional service

I took my CR-V in for new tires and the 30,000 mile check up. Everyone was efficient, professional and courteous. My car was ready when promised and I received a phone call that answered all my questions. Wood, in the service department, was especially attentive and helpful regarding my needs. My husband and I were impressed with his service. This was my first Honda, but i don't think it will be my last!

Thanks! TV was OFF in waiting room!

I've been taking my Honda here for regular service for 14 years and have never been disappointed. This week I had a pleasant surprise when the TV was OFF in the customer waiting area. Peace and quiet for reading and processing emails! Thanks for that! One glitch: it was the first time that I have ever driven my car off the lot dirty! No complimentary wash.

Knowledgable staff= Great car buying experience

Closed the deal and picked up my 2014 Odyssey from Crown Honda on Saturday. Aman took great care to explain all the bells and whistles to me. And in this car there is plenty of technology to go over. He told me he'd be available by phone to answer any questions or I could stop by if I need help. Without any doubt, I believe he will be there to help if I need him. Very knowledgeable and just a nice guy. Kimo took care of my financing. Certainly not the first one he's ever done; this guy is fast but explains everything he asks you to sign. Great experience with Kimo. Clean showroom with very friendly folks. I highly recommend this dealership and won't go anywhere else for my next car.

Wrong diagnosis, faulty repair, no communication

I talked with the Service Manager at Crown, Larry Neal in November about my complaint. He told me to talk with the General Manager, Scott Bisbee. I exchanged telephone messages with Scott in December. He gave me his e-mail address in one of his messages. I e-mailed him with all of the details of my complaint in December and again in January without receiveing any response. I wasted over $2000 on repairs on a failing engine based on Crown?s recommendations and spent over 6 months driving an unsafe vehicle. By the way, after Flow Honda correctly diagnosed the front left wheel sensor as the cause of my VSA issue, I fixed it myself in about an hour at a cost of about $35.

Mr. Eddington, thank you for giving us the opportunity to service your vehicle. We work hard to provide exceptional service to customer so I am sorry to hear we were not able to satisfy your needs. We have researched the statements and have found that there may be some misunderstandings with regard to the VSA issue. The VSA light complaint that was made on June 6th, 2013 was indeed acknowledged but nothing was stored in the vehicles DTCS. This means that while the vehicle was serviced here the VSA code for speed sensor was never recorded here. With that being said, your ability to repair this issue on your own at a later date is not related to the prior two repairs at our dealership. There are many technical factors to consider regarding this issue and we would be glad to continue to work with you to address them and your concerns.
