Outstanding Service

As usual Justin, the Service Manager was very helpful in scheduling the restart of our two Lexus' at our home after our 9 months away. Walter was here on schedule, had everything he needed. We always appreciate his efforts. Additionally, Justin took the opportunity to inform us about the recalls on the cars and make arrangements for the parts required so that we can schedule the required service. We really appreciate the Lexus Service Team.

I just bought my Lexus a few months ago. This was my first Lexus service experience. From the moment I drove in...I was greeted, escorted in to Justin's office, shown where I could wait for my car. Wow. Beautiful. Freshly baked cookies, fruit, coffees, sodas...beautiful sitting areas, televisions - truly a first class experience. On time. As promised. Honest. Hooray!

Quick efficient service even without an appointmen

While on a cross country trip it became time to perform my 10,000 mile check up. I was not sure how quickly I could get this service taken care of but decided to go to the dealership and see what the possibilities were. The service manager took me in and before long the service was completed and I could continue on my way. The service was done quickly which I really appreciated.
