Excellent Customer Service

When I bought my 2008 Accord I had excellent customer service and the overall process was convenient and hastle free. I take my car back to the dealership for oil changes and servicing instead of other car shops because of O'Neill's ongoing excellence in customer care. From the time I set up the appointment with someone over the phone until I pick up my car, I receive nothing but excellent service. They are friendly, polite, patient, thorough, and honest which is so hard to find nowadays in businesses and employees. They even offer free bottled water and high speed interest while you wait for your car to be serviced. I highly recommend this business! I don't take my car anywhere else!

2009 Civic Hybrid, 28,000 miles, avg driving conditions. Numerous issues w/car - defective IMA battery, poor gas mileage, won't start, surges with deceleration. Service "admired" problems and admitted common problems w/hybrids (why didn't O'Neill disclose when purchased?).IMA battery ordered, no loaner car available. After service, car returned w/grease smears on back window, debris on floor and dash. Service personnel rude and unfriendly.

Routine service on 2008 Odyssey

The dealership is a little out of our way so occasionally I get oil changes between times at Jiffy Lube because it is closer and a little cheaper. Yet I like coming to O'Neill because they are so thorough, nice and efficient. This time they caught that the front panel underneath the bumper had come loose so they replaced the clips with no additional labor charge. They always wash the van and make me feel wanted. It is the little things that make a difference and they do them.
