Disappointed

I have to say my experience at the dealership was extremely horrible. Dan the man that talked to us was extremely nice and courteous but the dealership management was absolutely horrible. They had us coming in there for a whole month to do paper work and every time they needed something else. On the absolute last day when we finally submitted everything and it was supposed to be all set. They said that there was a mistake made and that we needed to put 2200 dollars added to the already increased down payment that was increased the first time by 2000 dollars. After we agreed on a price and they said everything was set they told us this in the absolute last minute. For a whole month I spent my time in that dealership to come out with them making a mistake and not taking responsibility for it.

Good deals and Mike was and excellent sales person, this is the second time y buy a car from this dealer and the second time that I buy a car from the same sales representative (Mike) good guy and excellent sales representative.
