I leased a 2011 G37x from Kashif Sheikh in Jan 2011. The whole process was very easy and comfortable. This was my first time leasing a vehicle so I had a lot of questions... Kashif patiently went over each of my questions/concerns... He is a seasoned salesman and has been at this dealership for quite a few years. He impressed me with his knowledge of other competing vehicles and gave me honest comparison between all the vehicles I was considering.... So I ended up making the deal... I've been bringing the car in for routine service and it has been extremely pleasant... I just brought it in last Saturday for its 15000 miles service and Erio Perez was the one who was taking care of me. He was very professionall and thorough with the process! I was very impressed!!

Great Sales Consultant and FIRST CLASS Operation

Our salesperson Jose Goncalves and Larry Skinner worked for my business with knowledge and an honest approach to negotiations. My wife and I ended up liking them both instantly. Jose got Larry involved after our first meeting. Their team approach by both staying in touch with me to make sure I did not have any further question was very helpful. It made me want to buy the car now. Jose spent as much time delivering our new car as we needed and his knowledge of the vehicle was truly amazing. It was the first time I drove off the lot with everything set up and working correctly. QX50 user interface is totally awesome and Jose made that happen for us because he taught us how to use on day ONE! My wife and I think Jose is the most knowledgeable sales person we have ever dealt with. On this purchase my wife and I realized how important it is before you leave the dealer to know how to completely operate the vehicle?.. again Jose made sure of that. It cannot go without saying Herb Chamber runs a FIRST CLASS operation. This is the fourth car Herb Chambers has touched with our family and there is no finer organization to deal with. From apples, ice cream, CLEAN facilities and a totally honest approach to everything. It is nice to see a truly customer focused organization be successful ?HONESTLY!

Highly Recommend

Great experience. Great price. Honest and upfront. I would highly recommend working with these guys. I worked with them on buying my 2014 Q60S 6mt and had an amazing experience! Stephen Leung and Chandran V. kept me in the loop during my very specific car search and stayed honest and true to their word the entire time. I felt they had my best interest during the sales process, and had no hidden fees or last minute "gotcha's". I will be a returning customer.

Just looking...

I walked into the Infiniti dealership just to 'look'. I was greeted by Janet at reception who asked me if I needed any help. I explained that I was just here to look and did not want any annoying sales people following me around. Janet asked me if she could have a manager come over to answer any questions for me and I was ok with that. Shortly thereafter the Sales Manager approached me, Chandran introduced himself and proceeded to answer my barrage of questions. Chandran and I immediately 'clicked' and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He suggested I take the car for a test drive and asked me if I would mind being accompanied by Stephen who would be able to answer any questions on the vehicle itself. Stephen was a wealth of knowledge, polite, respectful, articulate, and well versed in all the features the G37X has to offer. Stephen followed my lead and never pressured me for a decision one way or the other, he simply pointed out many of the features of the car as well things behind the scenes such as how the front end will fold like an accordion on impact and why the battery is located where it is under the hood. My decision to lease the car was finally made (within 24 hours) and that is when I was introduced to Miguel, the Finance Manager. Miguel explained in detail many options I could add on to my new leased vehicle that would enhance or protect it further. Miguel was articulate and able to answer my questions with ease and confidence. I was able to pick-up the car the next day! They contacted my insurance company to advise the change in vehicles, registered the car for me, and even cancelled and destroyed my old plates! This has sincerely been a five star experience for me and I will certainly recommend Herb Chambers Infiniti of Boston to my family, friends. Thanks again for everything! First Class to Chandran, a true gentleman and a man of his word. He is an artist when it comes to making a person feel comfortable and able to trust him immediately and this customer certainly did appreciate it.

The Best Dealership I've ever been to!

There is only one way to describe my experience at Herb Chambers Boston Infiniti...The best car buying experience I've ever had or heard of! I was fortunate to get paired up with Khasif Sheikh. Khasif is a 13 year veteran or Herb Chambers Infiniti Boston which says a lot about him and the dealership. He was very personable, caring, and accomodating. He helped me find the vehicle that was the right fit for me. He knew a lot about his products and was very informative. He got me a very reasonable deal along with giving me good value on my trade. Never once did they give me the hard sell, they always made me feel comfortable. I worked with Miguel in finance as well and he worked with me to find the right product for me. He took the extra time to explain everything and let me make an educated desicion. This dealership was not your typical dealership. I will recommened them to everyone I know. Khasif didn't just sell me one great Infiniti, but I will continue to buy my vehicles from him as long as I'm in the area. Take a trip over and ask for Khasif and you will get an honest, no nonsense experience that will put you at ease towards your car purchase!

This my second q56 I've bought from Michael Taddi & between my husband and I this is our 7th Infiniti we've purchased. We are extremely happy with our sales rep, and that's why we keep coming back to him. He is extremely knowledgable, and gives you A+ customer service as though you are his only customer.
