It can be such an exausting challenge with ALL that is offered from car companies to find that one special vehicle with the goal to be driving for years. Ron Hollingsworth and this dealership handled my inquiries and concerns for product performance expectancy as well as follow-up after the sale with a calm sharing of knowledge. Patience is necessary in this process and it is a process. Patience is rare, but a much appreciated attribute. I LOVE my new Highlander and thank you for your helping hand. My goal is to be that witness on TV 15 years from now talking about 200,000 miles+ on my 2012 Highlander :) I drove over 100 miles to make this deal. Other locations were closer! Keep up the good work.

I brought my 2008 Toyota Prius in for an oil change, and to check a noise I was hearing in the front end. The service personnel were very helpful and pleasant. The service manager spoke to me in detail, and went to considerable effort in helping me with my vehicle.

Very prompt and efficient and reasonable service

After the low tire pressure light came on I verified with a gauge but could see no difference in the tires. I went to the service department reminding them that I had been headed to a funeral in Mooresville. In less than an hour the nail had been removed from the R R tire and patched and on my way in sufficient time to not be late. This was very much appreciated - and the cost was extremely reasonable. Many thanks.

Amanda is great! She's always the lady I look for whenever I bring my cars in for service. She always do her best to make me happy. Sometime there's a long wait for an oil change though. I still bring my cars back just because I'm happy with the service.
