where is my permanent tag?

purchased new car 45 days ago and paid $500 doc fee. still no permanent tag. numerous voice mails and unreturned calls later still no tag. unsat.

Trouble salespeople

I emailed the dealership about a truck they had on the lot. They emailed me back sometime later. A sales person called me and I advised him of my trade in for their truck. He never called back. I called and talked with the sales manger and he stated that he would get some numbers together and call me back. I'm still waiting for the call a month later. I advise to go some where else to get a car or truck. I am.

Horrible Salesman

First and foremost, they lied and said they had a push to start impala. So I got there and he's like well the version you want we don't have right now. I'm like ok well when will you get them . He says, let me see what I can do. He comes back, basically gives me an ultimatum and says this is what you need to put down to get this car . OK wait . I did not ask anyone to run my credit . so I'm like ok well I didn't want my credit ran just yet because I wanted to know when you would have a push to start. He said it be a while. So I wasn't happy he ran my score and wasn't happy they didn't have push to start . I tell them I'll think about it. I go home check my credit . THEY RAN MY CREDIT 6 TIMES . I was boiling by then . So I send an email and tell them how wrong they were to run my credit that many times. He tells me oh it'll fall off once you start making payments. I DON'T HAVE A DAMN CAR FROM YOU TO MAKE PAYMENTS. I'm still posses about it because it dropped my score tremendously.

Very bad customer service, I never go there. I suggest there are many other dealers in this area who are very good at serving the customers. Very bad experience, they are hanging up phone on the face. If there is no star option i would i have given no star.

Sales dept and managers very unfriendly. Never been in a dealership like this before and who offers nothing to their customers than what they bought. They do not value people showing no consideration of time, etc., or investing in having a repeat customer. You will get more benefits/offers, knowledge of product, kindness and professionalism shown by going to spend your money elsewhere. Buy from a dealer who will show they appreciate their customers and care about what they sale you, not making a quick buck to sell you something and send you away.

Did Not Hear Back from internet sales rep....

I called this dealer about a vehicle they posted online. I was told the vehicle had not arrived at the dealer yet and he would call when it did within the next 24-48 hours. I called again the next day - I was told he would call me when it came in as "this is what I do", I never heard from him and we travelled 3.5 hours to Roanoke to purchase a very similar vehicle last week~

Bought a New 2012 Honda CRV LX

I got the best price in market on them, and good thing about it was i did it on email. Saved alot of time of visiting different dealers and bargaining for the price! The place was bit far from my home, but I got the color (metallic titanium) i wanted and best price in market! Phill Daniel,online specialist was very nice. We did had to wait for long time for all the paper work to go through, but at the end of the day was very happy to get the car i wanted at best price!
