Friendly and speedy

Went there to have our oil changed, When we bought the car we also got the server plan on it as well. When we got there we were greeted and everything was explained to us. Told us it would take about an hour and a half. 55 minutes later they were done and we were on our way. I would rather them over estimate and over deliver then them tell me it will be an hour and then us be there much longer then that. No complaints at all. I would go there even with out our service agreement.

Quick and Clean

They were quick while I waited in a clean waiting area enjoying the TV and coffee. Although they could have dried the car better and not went through my glove box looking for the Owner's Manuel. They left it a mess! Should they even be in your personal space? I keep a loaded 45 in mine, just sayin. I was just surprised when I opened my glove box and saw the book on top instead of my self defense weapon, not the thing you want to have and look for when it's needed.

Everyone at the dealership was great, from the minute we walked in right till walking out the door. Our vehicle purchase easy and comfortable. Each visit we made, I felt like I was important to them. Larry H Miller's service department is great! They were able to see me the same day and it was a huge help that they had the exact tire I needed (no one else in Tucson carried it).
