We purchased a new 2011 Dodge Ram 2500. The truck was prepared as we expected for pickup. The staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the full tank of diesel to drive away with.

We've been looking for a ranger pickup, so we stopped at Desoto Automall while visiting the area in August. At that time there was nothing on the lot to meet our specs. When we returned for the winter season we brought our car in for routine service. While we waited for our car, we spoke to Chrisy and then took a test drive in 2 Rangers that met our needs. To make a long story short, when we left the dealership we not only had had our car serviced, but also were the proud owners of a little red ranger. The whole process was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever experienced.

I was fortunate to purchase our used Grand Cherokee from Desoto Auto Mall. The dealership was over 100 miles away so I relied heavily on the description and photos in my search. The staff at Desoto Auto Mall went so far as to do a video of all areas of the Jeep to insure no surprised were found when we arrived to complete the transaction. After buying many cars over the years, we were prepared for a lengthy negotiation and purchase process. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Unbelievable! The car is better than described and the staff incredible. As an avid internet shopper for my vehicles, I would happily recommend and trust this dealership!

First let me say that I live 141 miles away and they delivered my new Grand Cherokee to my apartment building. Everything was worked out on the phone beforehand and the car looked exactly like the car (and in fact was the car) in all of the pictures they showed me. They took my trade for the pre-negotiated price with no issues at all. I hate hassles and I couldn be happier with both my new purchase and the buying experience in general. A week after my purchase I received calls from my sales representative Christy to make sure the vehicle was ok and the service director to make sure I knew everything about their department and what it offered. I also received two separate thank you letters, one standard form letter from the management and one personal thank you from Christy. The delivery was enough for a positive review, but the post-sale presence is way more than what I would expect from a dealership in my city and I can honestly say I loved it.

I contacted Desoto Auto Mall to find an automobile for my son. I spoke to a female named Christe. I could not have asked for a better sales person. this lady was absolutely wonderful. If I asked a question and she did not know the answer, she said she would find out and call me back, which she did every single time. If she said she would be in touch with me by a certain time, I would receive a call at or before that time. I am fifty years old and have NEVER had such a pleasent experience with an auto dealership sales person, EVER. I did not purchase a vehicle yet, which had nothing to do with the sales person. I truly hope Desoto Auto Mall realize (as far as Im concerend) what a very PROFESSIONAL and CARING sales person they have with Christie. If I need assistance in the future for a vehicle I will not hesitate to call Christie at Desoto Auto Mall.

Folks, you want a great buying experience, you need to go see Sean Lehew at Desoto Automall. I can say honestly this was the first time in my 51 yrs of car buying that this place is tops in my book. Kudo"s to the Finance Dept. and to Zachary Schlundt. WOW is all I can say, GREAT experience.

Worked with Christie and Brian on buying new vehicle. Both were very friendly and informative. Zachary checked us out. There was no pressure in buying extras, etc. This was a pleasant experience working with this dealership considering I'd rather have a tooth extracted rather than change vehicles.
