Making an appointment was easy. I had to change it and that was not a problem. It is nice to be able to drive right into a garage and talk to someone about my car. The waiting room was fine, but best of all the wait was short. The system that has been put in place works and makes it easy to get the work done that is needed.

I brought my CRV in for work to be done on a recall notice. They got me in early for my appointment. The work was done in good time and they were all very friendly and helpful

It took 2 70 mile trips and many hours of my time to replace my sunvisor that fell off the 1st time I used it on my new 2012 CRV. The first time they got the visor for the the drivers side rather than the passenger side. They would not get one from another new vehicle and put on mine but rather have me wait another week and spend 1/2 day and drive another 70 miles to get it replace. They did give me a $50 gift card and fill up my gas tank and were very appologetic.

The salesman called me on my birthday [unknowingly] to make an offer to trade in my lease a year early with now money exchanging hands and lowering my payment by a few dollars. I checked it out but wanted to upgrade to a navigational system which increased my payment amount so I decided to wait until the end of the lease to trade in. They worked out an upgrade for only $1.50 more per month. Salesman was great and not pushy at all. Found a scratch on the hood of the car I selected and changed out the hood before I took it home. Great place to buy a car.

We had our Prius in for a maintaince check. It was quick and someone even offered candy. Can't beat that.

I had some starting problems with my 2005 accord, lately my wife and I had noticed that the car wasn't starting as easily as in the past and last week when I was ready to go home from work it barely started so the next morning I called the service department thinking I'd be lucky to get in that same day. I was suprised that they could accomadate me that afternoon. I was sure that I would need a new battery although I had replaced it lease than three years ago. When I arrived at Allan Nott the service person said he would put a tester on the battery and should know something in minutes. When he came back in I was suprised to find out that the battery was ok and that he figured that being pretty cold last night could of been the reason. I told him that it had been a whole lot colder last winter, below 0, and that I had no problems starting and I asked if he could do any other test. He suggested a diagnostic check but it could take minutes or even an hour but I was sure it would show up a problem so I agreed. They pulled my car around and within minutes he informed me that the test showed everything was working fine. There was no charge for the service but I felt that there was no logical answers for the problem either, I felt that I was being rushed out the door. Since then we've had no really cold weather so the car has been starting ok but I'm sure it will happen again and this time I may be stuck out in the cold and hoping my cellphone works.

After starting my Sienna briefly in the morning to move forward in our garage, a restart failed. A rapid clicking sound occurred - battery?...starter?... I called the service department and they confirmed that I should attempt using jumper cables to start the Sienna. This was successful. I called again (this was a Saturday morning), and they scheduled me in at 1:30 so that I would not have to wait or be stranded over the weekend. Everything checked out OK. The service department has always exceeded our expectations!
