My sister just purchased a used vehicle from Junge Center Point and worked with Brandon. He was not pushy at all and was very nice to work with. The experience from start to finish was exactly what I was looking for in a dealership. Easy to talk to, not pushy and we didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of us!

Used car prices are jacked up thirty per cent more than blue book or nada pricing. Salesmen will make you think you are getting a good deal until you actually check true car values. Beware if you are in need of a honest dealer!

Just purchased a new Charger from Junge. Salesman Paul was awesome to work with. I have bought many new vehicles over that last 6 years so I would say that this was one of the better buying experiences I've had. You do have to do a little bartering but the deal was worth the effort. Thanks again guys!

Working with Terri and the rest of the staff is not at all like the typical car dealer experience. They were accommodating beyond anybody else in the area, the pass-through deal really helped. We really have enjoyed our new Wrangler. I will and have recommended Junge to friends.

Went above and beyond in getting information I requested. Very few typical car dealer games. No high pressure sales nonsense. Let me inspect vehicle without bothering me; Vehicle far exceeded my expectations. Worked with me on price. I will definitely drive the 140 miles to deal with them again versus my local car dealers. Junge treats their customers right, and delivers good value for the money spent there. Thanks Drew and Brandon!

My old vehicle had some form of failure in the transmission for reverse and it would not work. I decided it was time to look at trading it in on a new truck. Went to Junge first, got a better trade allowance than I was expecting and an excellent price on the new truck I was looking at. Decided to visit several other dealerships to make sure it was the right truck for me. All those experiences were horrible (avoid any dealership with the name McGrath in it) and I also confirmed it was the right truck. Not to mention that Paul, my salesman at Junge, called me while I was at one of the other dealerships to tell me that they found me a little more money for my trade! Fantastic! After shopping around I called Paul up and told him I wanted to make a deal. Drove back up to Center Point and in no time I was leaving with my new truck. Of course, they had to do their job and review all of the extended warranty and protection options for me, but their was no pressure at all (I don't buy them, ever, had a couple bad experiences). I love my new truck and I love the way I was treated at Junge. I will definitely look there again when shopping for a new vehicle.

Although our sales rep Perry was wonderful our overall experience with Junge was and has been horrific. We first looked at the vehicle on our website and received a phone call about it. Scheduled an appointment to come take a look and was told that the vehicle had just come in a day or two before but would be detailed before we came to look at it. Upon arrival the vehicle had not been cleaned, inspected, etc. We still opted to take a look as this was what we were looking for. We agreed to purchase the vehicle and that proocess was very fast and friendly. We also purchased the extended warranty package. Since the vehicle had not yet been detailed they agreed to make sure that the vehicle was detailed, headlights buffed clean of the 'fogging', service inspection, etc. We were told it would only take 1-2 days and so we were thankfully given a loaner vehicle in the interim. Almost TWO WEEKS later we finally received our vehicle. Headlights had kind of been buffed and vehicle had been vacuumed but that was about it for a detailing. Yet another week later I had a coolant leak start and left 2 messages for a member of service to return my call. I never heard anything back so took our jeep to our local dealership to learn that the radiator was leaking and NOT covered by the extended warranty. I have again tried to call to speak to a manager with no return call. I feel like they are nothing but a rotten bunch of scam artists unless you are spending 'big' money with them. According to their website they strive to make their customers happy and keep them happy.........WHATEVER! I WILL NEVER RETURN!
