I lease a 2010 Fusion that was due up in September of 2012. I happened to be out shopping when I was driving by Taylor Ford and decided to stop and check out new cars. Scott Shipley approached me and said he could get me in a new fully loaded Fusion for less a month than I am paying now. As I am recently retired it sounded really good but I highly doubted it. He not only lowered my payment but I was out of the dealership driving my new car two hours later. I have much praise for Scott Shipley, your prep boys and your dealership. Sincerely Jancie Downing

This was the easiest buying experience I've ever had. John Mann took care of everything, while insuring that I was getting the best possible deal. John has a way about him, that exudes trust. I told him what I wanted and all was delivered; including the cinnamon color I preferred. John explained the workings of My Ford Touch, pared my phone in a blink and even set my preferences to country music. I decided to purchase on Tuesday and between John and the finance person, Perry; I was driving my new Edge Wednesday evening!

We had purchased a Flex a few years ago and were looking to move into something smaller and more economical. Jamie Bowling did an excellent job of showing us the best possible options for the payment we wanted to pay. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling. Our Experience at Taylor Ford was great. Dan Stephens our Salesman, was wonderful. He took the time to let us test drive several cars until we found the one we liked. They worked on the financing, to get us approved, and took care of our trade in. This is the 2nd used vehicle we have purchased there and look forward to purchasing a new or used vehicle in the future. We could have gone to one of several other dealers closer to our home, but we drove 30 minutes to get to Taylor Ford, because of Dan Stephens & Staff. Thank You

my experience at taylor ford was great. Keith Jewell was great. he was patient with me. Didnt rush me into anything,talk to me about all my options. he was funny and very down to earth, treated me like family. i was extremely happy with my treatment at taylor ford and i would gladly go back and recommend a friend.

I am a single(bl)woman, and I have been with Ford for 10+yrs. Taylor Ford is one honest dealership. Single women if your looking for a no nonsence dealership, where you dont have to worry about, if they are going to do what they say. RUN dont walk to Taylor Ford, stop by and see Phil Maher. I had some credit difficulity this time and I dont know how the new car finance manger did it, but I walked out with a new lease, and I know, no other dealeship would have been so helpful. Dont hesitate and dont be afraid. If Phil tells you what to do BELIEVE him. I was worried at first, because honesty is hard to find but they did exactly what they said they would Most delership have stuffy people but not here.I traded a car, that was paid off expeditiously, as they promised. I even received confirmation from Ford within 8 days. Taylor Ford is # 1, you wont be sorry, but if you go somewhere else, you might be, and you may hurt your chance of getting credit!
