Found my new Jetta on the Barton website, Lots of good pictures, E mailed about it and recieved a call from Adam with in a half an hour or so. Went to look at the car and it was everything I wanted. Thought about it overnight and then called Adam in the morning and pretty much had the whole deal worked out over the phone and all I had to do was come in an sign the papers. When we came in we had out 9 month old son with us and didn't know how long this was going to take and prepared for at least an hour. I told Adam before hand that I didnt want to be there for very long and he an Craig had everything done when we got there!!! It took maybe a half an hour for the whole process. They took care of us and Adam pretty much did everthing I asked of him and answered all of my questions (I did have to call him several times in the morning because we live an hour away and I didn't want to come back in if it wasn't worth it!) All in all the best car buying experience my husband or myself has ever had. ONLY BAD THING IS THERE WAS NO OWNERS MANUAL IN THE CAR.

My husband and I were very pleased with the experience we had at Barton Auto. The pictures of the vehicle we liked matched exactly with the car in person. Matt was very knowledgeable and friendly. Craig was very personable and worked with us to develop a price point that worked for us. Their valued relationship with our credit union also made us very confident in our decision to do business with them. Definitely will look there in the future if we need another car, and will be recommending them to friends and family as a first choice when looking for a new/used car.

My husband and I had talked about owning another Subaru for a while, but didn't want the hassle of bartering with a dealership. I called Craig, the manager at Barton, and he had the car I was interested in. The sales consultant, Adam, was very knowledgeable about Subaru cars, and he and Craig were able to help me with financing, give me a great deal, and I was very happy with the way I was treated and overall a very positive experience.

After shopping around for a car I was frustrated with all the bs I got from the out of state dealers, Larry Miller, Lithia Camp, and many others. They tried to steal my trade in and jacked up the rate on my purchase. The cars they showed me had bald tires and were way over priced. Barton gave me real value for my car and sold me a car that looked new and priced very fair. Amazing how they got me a 3.99 rate when Larry Miller was at 8.99. I bought a warranty for 1,000 less than Larry Miller. Craig the manager was amazing. Thanks Spokane for a dealership that is honest.
