Any dealer can sell a vehicle. But it's the details that make the great dealer. Having the floor mats that were ordered in two days. Presenting extender belts at the sale. You know what I mean. In my 75 years I have bought a lot of cars and this is the first time that I have felt comfortable doing so, I have always felt that when I walked in to a car dealer I was going to get beat up, the question was how bad. We have dealt with this facility for--I think--at least 20 years, and have NEVER had a bad experience. It feels like 'going home again' everytime we enter the facility, wether to buy or have service work done. In this day and age of feeling taken by other facilities--Swant Graber is like going back to the 1950's where there work and a hand shake is there signed contract.

My old 1993 Grand Am died SaturdayNovember 5th. It was old and rusty. A Spring went right between drivers side back fender and trunk. I have owned car since 1997. I have went to plenty of comic book conventions with car. I even had sticker on back of car which said "Comic Book Geek and Proud of It!" My car was dependable. About five years ago though started to nickle and dime me to death. Alternator, Starter, Head Gasket were among many problems. I went to replace tires. Nobles Tires put on used tires. They knew several months ago car was not going to make 200,000 miles. It died at almost 193,000 miles. I took out my Archie Digests that bring along for reading material. I took out my stuffed animals seat belted individually in back seat. My two door sky blue car was tired. I managed to get it to car lot after Dean at Noble's Tires made sad call to me. He had worked on my car for many years. I was told "Rusted through trunk. Car is junk." I am sure it was even sad to Dean. A car is big investment. I was so sad when told my car was junk. I brought back to same place bought car in 1997. I also removed bumper sticker. Car dealer Chad W.) worked with me and helped me buy much newer 2004 car. Miles were fairly low. It was comfortable driving Chrysler. My old car was put out of misery on Tuesday November 8th, 2011. I got Sebring on Thursday. Car loan even went through quickly from Barron Credit Union.I will miss the memories of going to countless Minnesota comic book conventions. I can now make new memories with much more younger car. Sebring even has driver and passenger air bags. I wonder if cars have feelings. I think like old cat or dog failing in age. Car thanked me for letting it go. I could not keep up with fixing constant procession of failing parts. Good Bye "Wally". We had many good years together. I enjoyed trips into the mountains of Idaho. I also enjoyed trip to Iowa. I enjoyed times we went on trips to store shopping. I enjoyed trips to Superior, Wisconsin. I hope you also enjoyed scenic trips we took all over Wisconsin. Thank you for fifteen years. I also was impressed when week later low beam head light went out on drivers side. Service counter helped me. They quickly got in my tan Sebring. George found right bulbin inventory at Swant Graber. Installation happened in matter of minutes. I am thankful for all prompt service. I bought car from my home town. It is rewarding to keep businese in Barron. I did not have to go long distance to have car light bulb replaced. I also was treated with respect. I also had fun selling most of dealers raffle ticket for Knights of Columbus Charity raffle.I like my new car! I even recieved colorful red hat with Swant-Graber name on front. I even liked having my picture taken buying 2004 Sebring.

I have to say that when I stopped to get some information about trading my car in, late in the day on a friday, I was pleasantly suprised at the customer service I was shown. Brad came out with a smile on his face and talked with me about trading in my car and what the process would be to get the car of my choice. We talked about the color, size of engine, gas mileage, leather, moonroof, heated seats, and my choice of rims. I will absolutely be dealing with Swant Graber in Barron for my new car!
